    Just Being

    What is your judgement of business, of you, and of you in business? In this episode of Choice, Change and Action Simone Milasas speaks with Dr. Anthony Mattis about the energetics of creation, which is beyond judgement. We are not taught to succeed. We are taught to fail. Don't let that stop you choosing business and choosing success in business. No matter what you've been through or where you are currently in life, there is always something else possible for you. The world requires to know that they have freedom to choose and be more in everything that they do choose. Questions And Tools: "Dear universe, what else is possible?" "Dear business, show me. What do you require of me? What do you require me to be?" Tools: What are you choosing for humanity, for other people, for the rightness so you won't judge that you are wrong? What if you could completely flip that script and start receiving a different possibility? If you want more to show up in your life, receive. Truly open up to the entirety of the universe and receive all energies. If you can't receive it, you can't be it. As you receive more energies that you are not used to, that contributes to the creation of your life. Allow your business to show up, and receive from everything, rather than try to control it. We are not taught to succeed. We are taught to fail. Don't let that stop you choosing business and choosing success in business. Ask for help. If money could talk to you, what would it be saying to you? How many places do you avoid something or reject something so you don't have to show up as the totality of you? What would you have to do and be to actualise 10 times the biggest amount of money you have ever made in one year? When you are in the question, the energy will guide you. A question de-solidifies all the points of views you have. There is no good, bad, right, wrong choice. Choice is choice. No matter what you've been through or where you are currently in life, there is always something else possible for you. Will you destroy and uncreate all the structures and all the dedications to humanity that keeps you living in the structured reality?     The Missing Element in Your Business

    What are your targets in business, life and finances? What if you were willing to be space, ask questions and follow the energy to actualise all your targets and absolutely enjoy living? This episode of Choice, Change and Action is an excerpt from Simone Milasas' telecall, The Missing Element in Your Business, where she discusses the energies of creation, generation, and actualisation to create the life you desire. Because your life is your business and your business is your life! What if you were willing to follow the energy with your life and your business? What would you choose? Would you take the action required? What if you gave it a shot and just said "Yes!" Questions And Tools: "What's right about this I'm not getting?" "Who else and what else is possible?" "How many more revenue streams can I have show up in my life today?" "If I wasn't doing control here, what could I receive?" "What action can I take that will allow this to come to fruition?"  Tools: What if you allowed more space in your business? Be in question. Give it a shot. What is your target - in business, with your life, with your financial reality, etc? What are you asking for? Look at the bigger picture of what you'd like your life and business to be like. Be truthful with what you are looking for. Creativeness is a choice. What you create, you choose. Are you willing to do the work and pay the money to create and generate the life you would like?  What could you institute today, what could you take action with, that would create a cash flow with absolute total ease? What if you were willing to follow the energy with your life and your business? What would you choose? Choose what matches the energy. Just say "Yes" Notice when you start doing control and flip it. Are you willing to receive all energies? What are you going to choose for your ideas to come to fruition?   How many of you are looking for the linearity of what it is you are asking for that keeps you from the magic, the miracles, and the chaos you could be choosing?     Happy Accidents With the Earth

    Did you grow up with fresh vegetables grown in your own backyard, or tinned vegetables?  Whilst neither is right or wrong, what if you could start to acknowledge that you are a part of the Earth's ecosystem and become more connected to the Earth? There's so much contributing to you! In this episode of Choice, Change and Action, Simone Milasas talks with Kirsten Bonanza about foraging, playing with plants and having joy with the Earth. We are important to the health and wellbeing of the planet but it's not about getting it perfect or getting it right. It's about having fun; whatever your unique connection with the Earth is. What could you choose today that would show you a different possibility? What connection can you be with the night, the soil, and the entirety of the Earth that will allow you to have and be a joy with the Earth and your body? You don't  need to own acres of land, or even a yard. You can start with anything!  Have fun with the Earth, and let's create a thriving planet together! Questions And Tools: "What's next?" "What can I choose today that would show me a different possibility?" Tools: It takes time. Let it unfold. What is actually going to work? Who can you invite that also wants to co contribute? The soil in the forest is healthier than where our food is currently being grown, which leads to healthier food. How can you forage in your local area? You don't have to fight the system, just choose something different. What could you choose today that would show you a different possibility? Go outside and look up at night; just be with the stars and the nighttime. Listen to the whispers and play with the plants We are part of the ecosystem. We are important to the health and wellbeing of the planet. We can have ethical and responsible use of everything. It's not about "Don't touch that plant. Don't touch the Earth. Don't cut down any trees."  Destruction and creation are simultaneous. It's a constant evolution, where you get to change too. It's not about everything being exactly the same. Chaos is a creative energy. If we allow that creative energy, what else is possible? Plant your seeds. Have fun with the Earth and forage!   What connection can you be with the night, the soil, and the entirety of the Earth that will allow you to have and be a joy with the Earth and your body?     Your Body Is Not a Trash!!!

    What are you asking for with your body? And is that the way you are actually judging your body?  Every body is different. In this episode of Choice, Change and Action, Simone Milasas talks with Gaia Compagnon about listening to and being in question with your body, and following the energy of what works for your body. Judgment is a lie that is meant to maintain a small point of view and make you less than. What if it was time to stop all judgment? What would our lives be like if we stopped judging our bodies, and what could we create and generate and be here on the planet? It's up to you to make the demand to change. Stop judging your body and start choosing what actually works for your body. Questions And Tools: "Universe, help me. I've got to change something. Whatever it takes. Please show me." "What is the gift in this?" "What's right about this that I'm not getting? Tools: Surround yourself with people who are a contribution. Judgment is a lie that is meant to maintain a small point of view and make you less than. What if it was time to stop all judgment? Your body is not a trash can. If you are not hungry anymore, don't eat. Be in question. Enjoy what you choose. Don't choose something because you have to, choose it because it works for your body. Get your full bloods done - it's your body giving you information. Listen to your body and follow the energy of what your body is asking for rather than overriding it What if there was no past?  What if there was never anything you had to fix about your body and it was about what change is required to be more and have more? What is your body asking for that will change everything? Ask for all the truths and lies to show up and what would it take to change?  We make the demand of what we desire to eat. Make the demand to change. If it's not a habit for you to move, find someone to help you create new habits Nothing about food, movement and your body is linear. What are you asking for with your body? You've just got to start. Just start where you are. You don't need to be in shape to move What if you could choose anything? Choose what works for you, but choose. Don't not choose.  What is it your body is asking for that would give you this living that we were meant to be here on the planet? You can be greater than what you are currently choosing.   How many of you have insane povs you are creating that is limiting your financial reality, your business, your relationships, your body, etc, and keeps you from being everything you can be?     Being a Shit Rider to Receiving!

    Are you a control freak? You might think controlling everything is working for you but it's not creating anything. When you are with horses, controlling doesn't really work. You have to be present, you have to trust, and you have to receive. What if you applied those principles to your life? In this episode of Choice, Change and Action, Simone Milasas talks with Alison Cox about what they've learned from riding horses.  Throughout history, horses have always contributed to us. Be with horses. Let them contribute to you. Questions And Tools: "What else is possible?" "What do I need to change here?" "Is this actually working?" "What question can I be? What can I change?" "What can I gain from this?" Tools: Trust you and trust your horse. Ask a question eg "What is going on here?" Trust that you are going to know something in every moment. Flip controlling into receiving. You think controlling everything is working for you but it's not creating anything. Acknowledge where things aren't working, with interesting point of view, and acknowledge what you need to change. Stop looking for the problem. Every single word that you think or speak creates your life. Acknowledge your worth - what has the universe learnt from you? You have to receive. You are continuously learning. Allow the chaos to be. play and find out. fear isn't real. What if you could choose something today that you thought you could never choose? What if you know more than you think and you're actually capable of more if you just give it a try? Let the universe show you what you know. let your body show you what you know.  Trust your body, trust the universe, trust your horse. Be with horses. Let them contribute to you. What would you like to ask for? The universe will always meet you where you are at. It will never give you something you can't handle.   Everywhere in your life that you've asked for something, it's shown up, and you've refused it because it didn't show up the way you thought it should, or the way you thought you could control it, will you destroy and uncreate it? How many lifetimes have you been riding and you've been killed on a horse or thrown off or something has occurred so that in this lifetime you go, "Oh no, I don't want to touch one again!"     What Miracles Can We Create?

    What if there is so much more you can ask for?     What Type of Creature Are You?

    Do you like engaging with people, are constantly filled with new ideas, or can see the bigger picture and know what needs to be done now to get there? Maybe you have all three of these capacities! In this episode of Choice, Change and Action, Simone Milasas talks with Julia Sotas Mattis about the energies that every business needs - creator, connector, mover - as well as other success tips and insights. It's not about judgment.     Do You Have Peace in Your World?

    How much have you forgotten to engage with the entirety of the planet? In this episode of Choice, Change and Action, Simone Milasas talks about acknowledging the gift of the Earth and receiving from it. To do that, you have to be present. You have to take time to just BE. You being you is a miracle! Trust you, trust your body, trust the universe. Questions And Tools: "How does it get any better than that?" "What would we like to do today? What would our bodies like to do today?" "What am I aware of?" "Is it relevant?" "Show me, universe. Show me Earth." "Earth, what do you require of me today? And what can I receive from you?" "Is there something else possible beyond this?" "What can I be today that is different?" "What else is possible?"  Tools: Do something without your phone for one hour a day, one day a week. What if it's not what you do but what you be to expand your financial reality? Choose in 10 second increments. Let consciousness lead you and follow the energy. Let the Earth gift to you. What can you be that will allow all of this to change? What are you truly requesting of the universe and demanding of yourself? Connect to the entirety of the universe. Trust you, trust your body, trust the universe. What are you making so relevant about money that is not? What are you not making relevant that could be relevant that could increase your revenue streams, increase your business and increase the purpose of your business? How many times do you go to conclusion rather than ask a question? Where are you trying to pretend you are normal? You being you is a miracle! Be alive no matter who or what is around you. Do you have the point of view that you are never doing or being enough? Is that true or something that was projected at you?  What if the greatest thing you got to do today was breathe, and that was okay? What else can you receive today? What if you could receive from the entirety of the Earth? Go somewhere without your phone. If you can, go somewhere in nature. Pull energy up through your feet from the entirety of the Earth into your body and ask it to contribute to every single molecule; all the trillions of cells you have in your body. What can you receive from the universe today? Stop pretending you are small and finite and you don't have choice. You are an infinite being, you have infinite choice. What are you choosing today? What else is truly possible? How much do you perceive the needs people think they have rather than the needs they actually have? Where are you being needy when you could be being needless? When you function from your awareness, it's a different possibility. How many of you are doing control because you think you need to do control in order to choose something? Who have you decided you need? What have you decided you need? if you didn't need it, what could you ask for, what could you request, what could you receive? It's a really different possibility, but you have to choose that. What are you going to choose?   Gary Douglas on needlessness: When you have the power of needlessness, you are free to have or not have something; you are not at the effect of the thing you need or believe you cannot live without.  Needlessness is the ability to recognize that anybody can leave; so what?  Needlessness is the most important potency, and it is the least accessed.  Needlessness is the willingness to be totally connected without requiring anything of the person. When someone is needless, they require nothing of anyone. If you are not vested in something, you are needless. As a boss, you would do needlessness. You have be willing to destroy everything in order to create everything. When you manage from awareness, you don't have to do control.
