    276) How We Restructured Our Company to Run Without Us

What happens when your company depends too much on the founders? 👀 Over the past few months, we’ve taken a hard look at how we were running Everything Envy, and realized it was time to make some big changes. In this episode, we’re pulling back the curtain on how we restructured our company, from redefining roles and figuring out where Stetson truly needs to be involved (and where she doesn’t) to creating better systems, training, and processes that empower our team to thrive without us being in every decision. We’re also talking about something just as important: culture. How do you build a team that feels supported, works well together, and is genuinely happy to come to work? Because ultimately, the goal isn’t just to build a successful company. It’s to build one that can keep running, even when the founders need to step away. 275) Twin Health Update + The Hardest Part of NICU Motherhood

Life as a NICU mom comes with so many emotions we never fully anticipated. 🤍 This week, Stetson is sharing an update on how the twins are doing, the ups and downs of their health journey, and how she’s learning to navigate all of the uncertainty that comes with having babies in the NICU. She also opens up about something she didn’t expect: the challenge of feeling connected to her babies when they haven’t had the time or circumstances to bond in the way she imagined. And because life keeps moving, we’re mixing in some lighter moments too, including Stetson’s 29th birthday and the latest house projects happening at both of our homes.  Show Notes: Email your questions to us HERE! hello@everythingenvy.com  Our Vlog on YouTube: https://urlgeni.us/youtube/channel/EE_Podcast_YouTube Free EE Vision Board Template Link: https://urlgeni.us/EE_Podcast_FreeVisionBoard Everything Envy Links: Amazon Store: https://urlgeni.us/amzn/podcast_storefront_EE  Instagram: https://urlgeni.us/instagram/podcast_IG  TikTok:  https://urlgeni.us/tiktok/podcast_tiktok_EE  Pinterest:  https://urlgeni.us/pinterest/podcast_pinterest_ Sign up for our newsletter:  https://urlgeni.us/podcast_newsletter_EE Our website:  https://urlgeni.us/podcast_website_ The TECH tools we use in our podcast recording studio: https://urlgeni.us/amazon/podcast_influencertools_EE Below are affiliate links to some really cool tools that we use in our business.
