Episode 165 - "Successful" Witch Leaves it all for Jesus: Jessica Murray, Part 1

In this two-part episode of Outside of Sunday, I sit down with Jessica Murray from Craft to Christ, who shares her powerful testimony of encountering Jesus and leaving witchcraft (including her successful witchcraft business). Jess opens up about her journey from growing up around limited Christianity to becoming deeply involved in modern witchcraft. We talk about spirit guides, familiar spirits, initiation, and the spiritual deception she was caught in, as well as the opposition she faced along the way. She also shares how a real encounter with Jesus completely transformed her life. Jessica started sharing about Jesus on her platforms, lost thousands of followers - and then watched God use her testimony to lead over 1,000 people to Jesus. Next week, we’ll hear how her children have reacted to the change in their Mum, learn more about the Christian response to her booming social media page Craft to Christ, and hear how Jess is living her faith outside of Sunday. Episode 164 - Todd White, Discernment & Moving Forward

In this episode of Outside of Sunday, Christa and Laura unpack further exposures within the charismatic Christian world. Drawing on their own background in faith healing spaces, they reflect honestly on figures like Todd White, discuss why these patterns have persisted for so long, and explore how gifting, charisma, and powerful testimonies can sometimes be elevated above faithfulness, character, and quiet obedience to Christ. This conversation isn’t about “charismatic vs conservative”, but about a higher calling for Christian leaders - and for all of us - to fix our eyes on Jesus, practice righteousness without performance, and grow spiritually outside of Sunday. With listener comments, links to previous episodes, and practical reflections on how we move forward, this episode is an invitation to become more discerning, more grounded, and more anchored in truth, with hope for the future of the Church.
