Newbie Star Trek

They are enjoyable to listen to. The only thing I would change is a little more factual detail about the episode itself, so I don’t have to go back and rewatch. Maybe ground Sarah in a little more science and a little less superstition and conspiracy. They get some stuff wrong about Trek, but that’s part of the angle and it’s part of the fun.

Funny take on someone new watching Star Trek without the perspective of knowing what happens next. I wish I could do it myself! Ricardo: keep fighting the good fight.

Ok so I usually do not post reviews on things but this has been consistently an annoyance since I started listening to the podcast. Let me just say that I enjoy the show immensely and will continue to listen as I love the perspective as someone how jumped into start trek pretty blind or, with passing familiarity due to child memories or popular zeitgeist. The only and main issue I have is that Ricardo continues to have the worst/most inaccurate takes I’ve heard come out of a person. Whenever Sarah has a take that no one agrees with they argue her down to make the point however, when Ricardo says something wrong or from left field no one bothers to talk him down for real. Him saying blood was blue the last episode I listened to was absolutely the last straw for me and made me think about it every time I saw you guys post a new episode. In any case I do love the show and hope you guys continue being good otherwise. Thanks for your hard work.

Just binged 10 eps in 3 days—just the thing to take my mind off news and political pods. Great listen!
