    027 | The Truth About Breastfeeding in the UK with Hazra Aya

    In the UK Breastfeeding rates are at an all time low. A study from 2010 showed: - 80% of mothers + babies breastfed initially at birth - 24% of mothers exclusively breastfed at 6 weeks - 1% of mothers exclusively breastfed at 6 months We know just how important breastmilk can be for mothers wellbeing and the wellbeing of our babies - this drop in breastfeeding is an epidemic, as is the lack of support breastfeeding mother receive and the implications of this reality for both mothers + babies is detrimental. In this Episode I interview the lovely Hazra who is a Muslim Birth + Postnatal Doula + Breastfeeding Support Councillor, based in Bristol.     025 | Healing Ancestral Birth Trauma Through Breathwork with Shani Bella
