    Thank You God. Chapter 2: On the seventh day You had finished Your work of creation, so You rested from all Your work. Thank You God. Genesis 2:2 You blessed the seventh day and declared it holy. Thank You God. Genesis 2:3 You formed man from the dust of the ground. Thank You God. Genesis 2:7 You breathed the breath of life into the man’s nostrils, and the man became a living person. Thank You God. Genesis‬ ‭2:7‬ You planted a garden in Eden in the East. Thank You God. Genesis 2:8 You placed the man You made in the garden of Eden. Thank You God. Genesis 2:8 You made all sorts of trees grow up from the ground — trees that were beautiful and that produced delicious fruit. Thank You God. Genesis 2:9 In the middle of the garden, You placed the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.     Welcome to the Thank You God podcast! Being thankful for God's character. The Thank You God project began in early 2014. Robin Hulce asked his son, Peter, if he was up for a daily challenge. The challenge was to be thankful for a character attribute of God found in the Bible every day, and then text that verse to each other. Peter accepted the challenge wholeheartedly! For over five years, Peter and his Dad texted a verse about God’s character to each other every day without missing a day. This podcast is the next step in the journey — it’s a digital resource to catalog thankfulness for God’s character from Genesis to Revelation, verse by verse. It’s our hope that as you hear the Bible, your eyes and heart would be open to see who God is and that you would believe in His Son, Jesus, asking Him to forgive your sins and be Lord of your life, for He is Eternal Life.
