Dr. Nigro is a most amazing “giver” to the world of psychology. I’ve been binging to the point of going through his library. I learn so much about simply everything psychological. He brings in what’s happening to the brain, science and facts, so you can understand your mind. Might be the best doctor on psychiatry’s basics and with deep level of intense learning. Thank you Dr. Nigro for being part of a healthy community of people who struggle. Best, Marybeth

As an American Jew, I am appalled by Julie doubling down on Israeli State propaganda (for a second time) on the latest “Emotional Dysregulation” episode. The first one aired July 27th 2025 and the second aired September 7th. Why am I still listening lol ! I was waiting for the hosts to maybe correct themselves. Recycling Netanyahu’s propaganda does not help the Jewish people. Julie takes a stand for the state of Israel without any mention (yet again) of the genocide in Gaza. I even researched the Israelis Julie recommends listening to… Cliff Weitzman offers nothing new to the conversation. If you have a mental health platform, it’s your responsibility to be as objective as possible about something so emotionally dysregulating for people. Speaking out against what’s happening in Gaza is not supporting hamas and it’s NOT antisemitism. This is a dangerous conflation. Is anti semitism real? Yes. Is the State of Israel committing genocide? Yes. Julie mentioned she didn’t want to “get political” and that she’s “not a historian.” She’s not even Jewish apparently. Stay in your lane please. Choosing to only speak about one side IS a political act. A single sentence acknowledging the suffering in Gaza would have been the bare minimum. Please do better Julie and Corey. I pray that future episodes will show more awareness, for your own sakes.

Enjoyed the content for a longtime; however, the opinions the hosts shared on Gaza showed a lack of critical thinking and biases I can’t ignore.
