    Chuck Welch a.k.a. Crackerjack Kid continues the conversation in Part 02 of his Senders Receive interview! Crackerjack has spent the last twelve years archiving and organizing his mail art collection, for inclusion at the Smithsonian Museum's Archives of American Art. He has curated mail art exhibitions for various institutions, most recently the show "Postcards to Brattleboro: 40 Years of Mail Art" at the Brattleboro Museum and Art Center in Vermont.     Chuck Welch (a.k.a. The Crackerjack Kid) is author of "Eternal Network: A Mail Art Anthology", one of the earliest and best anthologies of mail art thought and writing. His artistamp and mail art works have long circulated throughout the Network; recent artistamp issues cover topics such as BLM, C19, and political protest.  Crackerjack has spent the last twelve years archiving and organizing his mail art collection, for inclusion at the Smithsonian Museum's Archives of American Art.     Episode 11: mail artist & maker Mitsuko Brooks (Brooklyn, NY)

    Episode 11: Mitsuko Brooks was born in the Aomori Prefecture of Japan and moved to the United States at an early age. She is a 1.5 generation Shin-Issei Japanese American artist living and working in New York. Her mail art collages, artists books, zines, and assemblages are in special collections and libraries throughout North America, including the Smithsonian's Archive of American Art.
