Season 6 Tip-Off / Kraziness in the Kennel, Eligibility Chaos, and Is Davis Fogle Ready To Breakout?

The Perimeter is back for Season 6! Adam kicks off Gonzaga's first season in the Pac-12 by digging into a wild offseason. Mario Saint-Supery left for Spain, the roster was almost completely rebuilt, and a handful of newcomers are still waiting on lawsuits to find out if they can play. Adam breaks down the "what if" guys: Xaivian Lee, Javon Bennett, Chauncey Wiggins, and Izan Almansa. He shares his take on the NCAA's five-for-five rule and why college basketball needs some guardrails. He also covers the newcomers already cleared, including Nathan De Sousa, Massamba Diop, Isiah Harwell, Luca Foster, and Sam Funches. Then it's the Kraziness in the Kennel recap. Davis Fogle dropped 30 on 6-of-7 from three, Harwell looked like a breakout candidate, Braden Huff is moving well again, and the teams combined to shoot 18-of-32 from deep.  Presented by McGillivray Environmental and sponsored by Idaho Central Credit Union. ZAGS OFFSEASON / David Stockton, Spokane Hoops Culture & The Real Rat Pilot Premiere

David Stockton joins The Perimeter to look back on his Gonzaga career, going from walk-on to pro, and what it was like playing during one of the biggest eras in Zag basketball history. Adam and David talk about Gonzaga’s rise to national powerhouse status, legendary WCC moments, competing alongside Kevin Pangos and Gary Bell Jr., and David’s journey through the G League and overseas basketball. Adam is joined by Luke Hristou, creator of the upcoming Spokane basketball pilot Real Rat, to talk about building the project from the ground up and turning years of Spokane hoops culture into a scripted series. Inspired by the city’s deep basketball roots and the personalities surrounding Hooptown USA, the pilot blends comedy, local basketball culture, and real Spokane energy into a story centered around chasing basketball dreams in one of the most basketball-obsessed cities in the country. Luke and David also talk about the challenges of independently creating the pilot, the community support behind it, and what they hope Real Rat can become moving forward. The Real Rat pilot premieres May 21st at The Garland Theater in Spokane.
