    Burnout shouldn’t be the price of faithfulness. From there we anchor in Scripture—Exodus 15, Psalm 147, Jeremiah 33, Deuteronomy 28—to remind ourselves that God not only sends us, he sustains and heals us. The message is both pastoral and practical: exhaustion is not sacrifice; it’s often self-reliance disguised as virtue.
