Good show, will keep listening, like the calls and some of the advice. Terrible advice around borrowing from 401k’s…. On a specific call gave rationale that parent plus loans are 9%… didn’t mention if there are penalties from borrowing from retirement… or the loss of future growth… or the tax impact from pulling the money out… how about recommending neither option And advice about keeping mortgages… not terrible advice but bad
