Need to be here
My reason for tuning in is that my daughter has been struggling for many years with depression anxiety and ptsd. We have done counciling, meds, she has been hospitalized, in the past- since end of 9th grade and the beginning of Covid all her learned coping skills seem to be falling apart. She is starting a partial program focused on DBT and CBT skills. I need to meet her in the middle so we can both get better. Thank you for this introduction and highlighting some skills to make this process tangible.
