    Going Back to the Basics

    I’m so excited to be joining you all today, to be diving into 75 Hard and how I’m feeling about how it’s going, as well as my plans for after 75 Hard. While 75 Hard has had so many benefits and has helped my mental toughness, I’ve also found a few areas that aren’t working as well and I’d love to adjust them. Sometimes it can be easy to let your basics slip when you're trying to do harder things. It’s important to acknowledge when that happens and adjust to do better.   Weekly Fav: Lately my biggest obsession has been adding coconut cream to sodas to make dirty sodas. It’s so good and it’s a great sweet treat!    Confidence Corner: Recently I had a realization that while I’ve been doing 75 Hard I’ve just been checking boxes and working through the vagueness of it all.     Truly Loving Ourselves From the Inside and 75 Hard Update

    Hi, everyone! Thank you for joining me for today’s solo episode to discuss confidence and self love. Oftentimes we can find ourselves attaching our self worth to different things in our lives, and that is not the proper way to love yourself. We need to find a way to be proud of and love ourselves without any buts.    Weekly Fav: Something that I have been loving this week is studying Stoicism. I’m in a place currently where I need to stop getting in my own way and stoicism is really helping me focus on what I can control.   75 Hard Update: Currently, I am on day 60, but I just got back from a vacation where there were lots of opportunities to drink. At first, I was viewing my inability to drink as a restriction, but I learned to change my mindset to be more motivating.     I Can Do Hard Shit! Updates on Life, 75 Hard, and Baddie Girls Club

    Since I’ve started doing 75 Hard, there have been so many parts that I love, like how it motivates me to work out and how much better I feel when I’m not drinking. However, there are also parts that make me quite nervous. While it’s easy to stay motivated now with 75 Hard, will I be able to stay motivated without it? In today’s episode we are diving into how we can find motivation and remind ourselves that we can do hard things. Thanks for tuning in!    Life updates and highlights from this episode :    Lately I’ve been really trying to embrace the slick-back hair, clean-girl aesthetic. This  attempt has only been exacerbated by my recent incident where I cut my finger, and am no longer able to wash my hair for a few days. We’re making it work, though, and I’ve even added bows to really tie my hair together.    I recently bought Rene and myself an Oura ring and it’s been super cool to see what it’s told me so far about myself!     Life Updates and Why I’ve Decided to Challenge Myself to 75 Hard

    I’m so excited to welcome you all back to the podcast for a solo, catch-up episode! Recently I decided that I was going to challenge myself to participate in 75 Hard. This has absolutely changed my world and my worldview and I’ve only just started! Today we’ll be diving into the nitty gritty of 75 Hard and why I decided to do it, as well as answering some of your questions. Thanks for tuning in!    Highlights from this episode :   It can be hard to find motivation to do something difficult like 75 Hard, but it’s important to stay consistent.    Even though we are doing some of our workouts together, Rene is not participating in 75 Hard with me. It's still fun to get the opportunity to do certain aspects of it together, but we have different goals that we are striving to accomplish, and that’s ok!    I’ve discovered a lot about myself, being in the mentality that 75 Hard puts you in. We all work so hard, and we tend to forget about ourselves, but making sure we implement self-care into our lives is essential.
