#1095 "Let Down Your Nets" | A Be Still & Be Loved Meditation

What if the next harvest in your life doesn't come from working harder, but from trusting deeper? In this time of being still and being loved, Alisa invites you into a time of intentional breathing, rest, and surrender as you reflect on Jesus' words in Luke 5:4: "Put out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch." After a long night of fishing with nothing to show for it, Simon is invited by Jesus to try again. Not by Trying harder, but by trusting His word. Maybe you know what it feels like to keep working at something that no longer seems to be bearing fruit. Maybe you're facing a dry season, an unanswered prayer, or a place that feels impossible. Through gentle breathing and guided prayer, Be Still & Be Loved offers you space to release what you cannot control, bring your weariness to Jesus, and trust Him enough to go deeper. You don't have to understand what comes next. You can rest in His presence, let down your nets, and trust Him with the harvest.   Anchor Scripture Luke 5:4 — "Put out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch." Songs On Earth As It Is In Heaven | William Augusto Into the Deep | Citipointe Worship Prayerful Reflection Where in your life are you working hard but struggling to see fruit? What might it look like to release control, trust Jesus, and let down your nets? Take a slow breath. #1094 "The Silence Holds Me" | A Teaching on Hearing God in the Quiet with Alisa Keeton

We live in a world overflowing with information, noise, and constant connection. But what if our souls are craving something different? What if God is inviting us to stop white knuckling to hear from Him, and simply learn to be with Him?   In this teaching, Alisa Keeton shares a personal story from a silent retreat that changed the way she experiences God's presence. In a season when she couldn't hear God speaking the way she wanted, she discovered that His silence didn't mean He had left her. He was teaching her a new way to be held by His love.   As says, "Without the ability to hear the voice of God, to hear we got no chance at living out the love of God, which is a response to the love we've received."   God isn't always asking us to do more, study more, or fill ourselves with more information. He invites us to sit at His feet, quiet our hearts, and receive His presence. Silence isn't rejection. It can be an invitation to rest, peace, and deeper intimacy with the One who holds us.   WATCH THIS TEACHING ON YOUTUBE: https://youtu.be/kAvcPUIiJNU   ANCHOR SCRIPTURE Deuteronomy 6:4–5 Mark 12:29–30   IN THIS TEACHING Why learning to hear God begins with learning to be still. How God's silence doesn't necessarily mean His absence. The difference between doing things for God and simply being with Him. How quiet can help us slow down, settle, and become more present. Why peace is something we're invited to embody, not just understand. A simple practice for beginning to make room for silence in your everyday life.   EMBODIED PRACTICE Take one minute to be still with God. Settle your shoulders, quiet the noise around you, and notice what's happening in your body without trying to fix it. You might feel uncomfortable or restless at first. That's okay. Give yourself permission to stay present and discover what it feels like to simply be with Him. You don't have to hear a directive or receive a new revelation. Just be with Him.   REFLECTION QUESTION What does silence mean to you? And what might change if you made space to listen?     READY FOR MORE? 👉 Join the RW+ Membership for faith-based workouts, health and wellness programs, and a community pursuing health and wholeness together. 👉 Become a Donor — Support the mission of Revelation Wellness and help us continue to train people to love God and their bodies so they can live like Christ. #1093 "Return to Love" | A REVING the Word Workout with Alisa

"When the work becomes more important than the love, we are headed for divorce court." Alisa Keeton doesn't hold back in this REVING the Word workout. The church in Ephesus was working hard, enduring patiently, and holding tightly to truth. But somewhere along the way, they had abandoned their first love. It's possible to be busy doing things for God and lose the intimacy that started it all. As Alisa says, "The productivity cannot become more important than the intimacy." God isn't asking us to abandon the work. He's inviting us to return to the love that makes the work matter.   ANCHOR SCRIPTURE Revelation 2:1–5 "But I have this against you, that you have abandoned the love you had at first." — Revelation 2:4   IN THIS WORKOUT Recognizing when spiritual activity becomes more important than love Remembering the quality and intensity of your first love Repenting as an invitation to refreshment, not shame Choosing intimacy with God over the pressure to produce Returning to the love that sustains you and carries you forward   PLAYLIST Love Theory | Kirk Franklin Resonate | Rezident Ride Like The Wind (Yacht House Mix) | Christopher Cross, Party Pupils Seek Me and Find Me | Divine Vibes Sing My Love (feat. Has productivity, serving, or striving begun to crowd out your intimacy with Jesus? Take time to remember the love you had at first. Bring your honest heart to God, and ask Him to restore that passion. As Alisa reminds us, "Love started this thing. Love keeps this thing. And love will finish this thing." Remember. Repent. Return. #1092 "If It's Not Good, It's Not Over" | A REVING the Word Endurance Workout with Aaron

What do you do when what you see doesn't look anything like what God said? In this REVING the Word endurance workout, Aaron invites you to move at a steady pace while reflecting on Mary's story in Luke 2. When circumstances don't seem to align with God's promises, we can treasure what He has shown us and remember that His faithfulness doesn't change. You may not see it now. It may not look the way you thought it would. But if God is in it, it's not over.   IN THIS WORKOUT What to do when what you see doesn't align with what God said Learning from Mary's practice of treasuring and meditating Building spiritual "equity" for the hard moments Releasing the responsibility that belongs to God Trusting God when you don't understand Remembering that the One who called you is faithful ANCHOR SCRIPTURE Luke 2:19 "But Mary treasured up all these things and pondered them in her heart."   EMBODIED PRACTICE As you move, sit with this question: What do you do when what you see doesn't align with what God said? Then remember what God has already shown you. Treasure it. Meditate on it. Write it down. Store it up. And when you come up against something that feels too big, remember: if it's not good, it's not over.   PLAYLIST GOOD DAY — Forrest Frank Hard Fought Hallelujah — Rave Jesus feat. #1091 "The Ladder of Love" | A Conversation with Stasi Eldredge

"Facts will only get you so far. Nobody needs more information. Everyone needs the encounter with the God who loves you." What if the invitation isn't to try harder, but to receive? In this conversation, Alisa sits down with our friend, Stasi Eldredge, author of The Ladder of Love, to talk about learning to receive the love of God, the healing journey of knowing ourselves as beloved, and what it means to honor the bodies God has intentionally formed. #1090 "The Presence of the Helper" | A REVING the Word Interval Workout

In this REVING the Word workout, Alisa walks through Jesus' promise in John 16: the Holy Spirit is our Helper. He comes to strengthen us, advance us, and convict us—not to condemn us, but to lead us back into truth.   Conviction can feel uncomfortable, especially when the Holy Spirit points out where we've stopped trusting, started compromising, or allowed the world to get in us. But what if we learned to welcome His correction as a gift?   You are not alone. You have a Helper.   New to REVING the Word? In REVING the Word episodes, we don't just listen to Scripture; we practice it. We let God's truth move from our ears into our hearts and through our bodies. So move any way you want as you listen. Walk the dog, mow the lawn, listen as you lift weights in the gym, or dance in the kitchen. There isn't one right way. Just move, breathe, and as your body moves, let His Word move in you.   ANCHOR SCRIPTURE John 16:7–8   EMBODIED PRACTICE Look at the "rocks" coming in your day. Where will you need help? Ask the Holy Spirit, "How do You want to help me here?" Then picture yourself moving through that moment differently with the Helper.   PRAYER "Holy Spirit, I give You the right to convict me. Make me a prisoner of hope. Make me a prisoner of love. Tell me my faults. I welcome Your correction because I know it's for my life."   PLAYLIST: Let's Groove | Earth, Wind & Fire The Fool | Jerro Edge of Desire | Jonas Blue, Malive HOLYGHOST | Sons Of Sunday We Make Space | Melissa Helser All Hail King Jesus (Live) | Bethel Music, Bethany Wohrie Miracle in Me (Radio Version) | Red Rocks Worship   READY FOR MORE? 👉 Join the RW+ Membership for faith-based workouts, health and wellness programs, and a community pursuing health and wholeness together. 👉 Become a Donor — Support the mission of Revelation Wellness and help us continue to train people to love God and their bodies so they can live like Christ. #1089 "Lesser Parts" | A Be Still & Be Loved Meditation

What if the parts of you the world has taught you to dismiss are the very places God wants to honor? In this time of being still and being loved, Alisa invites you to breathe, release what you've been carrying, and receive the truth that you are beloved by God—your body, your heart, your mind, your desires, all of you. Drawing from 1 Corinthians 12:22–23, we're reminded that the parts of the body that seem weaker or less honorable are indispensable—and that God bestows great honor on what the world may overlook. Your weakness is not disqualifying. Your rejection is not the end of your story. Your pain does not make you less worthy. You belong to the body of Christ. You have an important role to play. Take a deep breath. Come, Holy Spirit. And receive the honor God is giving you. ANCHOR SCRIPTURE 1 Corinthians 12:22–23 "The parts of the body that seem to be weaker are indispensable, and the parts that we think are less honorable, we treat with special honor." BE STILL & BE LOVED Come back to your breath as an act of surrender. Let the words of Scripture rest on you. You don't have to figure them out. Just receive them. I honor you. You belong. You are indispensable. Receive my honor. #1088 "Why Hope Hurts" A REVING The Word Workout

Have you ever hoped for something, and it didn't happen the way you hoped? You're not alone. In this REVING the Word workout, Alisa takes us into Romans 5 and the surprising connection between suffering, endurance, character, and hope. Because sometimes hope hurts when we attach certainty to a specific outcome. What if your hope isn't in how God will answer, when He will answer, or what it will look like—but in this: God will get His glory. You can be sure of what you hope for without being certain you'll see the exact outcome you're hoping for. So what do you do in the in-between? Don't quit. Change your pace. Put your hope back in Christ. And worship.   New to REVING the Word? In REVING the Word episodes, we come here to bow our heads and let our hearts speak, so God can pour His love into our hearts as we move. We move our bodies. We hear the Word of God. And we let God meet us—body, soul, and spirit.   ANCHOR SCRIPTURE Romans 5:1–5   EMBODIED PRACTICE Ask yourself: What am I hoping for? Write it down, but release your certainty about the outcome. Put it on the altar and put your hope in a place it won't hurt, His glory. Embody joy: Guard your eyes and heart. Move your body. Be still. Pray. Listen to worship music. Read the Word. Do something that helps you embody joy.   PLAYLIST FOR THIS EPISODE Faith (feat.
