We often speak of connecting to Mother Earth, but what if the connection has never been lost? In this gentle guided meditation, Lisa Jo invites you to remember the living relationship that already exists between your body, your heart, and Gaia. Rather than focusing on structured breathing, we will allow the breath to become a doorway into awareness—the natural rhythm that reminds us that we are part of something much greater. Together, we will ground into the Earth, listen for Gaia’s heartbeat, and become aware of her breath moving through the winds, trees, oceans, waters, and cycles of life. As Earth’s energy rises to meet the light flowing from above, we will gather these energies within the heart and rest in the remembrance that there is no true separation. Gaia breathes. We breathe. Gaia’s heart beats. Our hearts beat. For these sacred moments, we remember: One breath. One heartbeat. One living presence. We are not trying to reconnect with Gaia. We are remembering that we were never truly disconnected.Lisa Jo Davis, Angelic Channel, T.I.M.E.
