Shakipedia: A Shakira Podcast

Whether you’re a die hard fan or a casual listener, Shakipedia has a little something for everyone. I always learn so much about the songs I’ve loved for years and about the artist behind them. This podcast is informative, funny, engaging, and a great way to keep practicing my Spanish. The mix of song analysis episodes with other topics (hot takes, tour recaps, etc.) keeps things interesting! I’ve been listening for about three years and always look forward to a new pod drop :) Keep up the great work!!!

It's amazing to finally have a podcast entirely dedicated to Shakira, and I love that it's bilingual, just like Shakira herself and her global career. What I appreciate the most is that the hosts are true fans, but they also give thoughtful opinions instead of simply saying everything she does is perfect. They celebrate her work while still having interesting discussions, which makes the podcast even better.

I discovered and then fell completely in love with this podcast, and both of you! I grew up in mostly English speaking place: know Spanish very well (thank you Spanish speaking church), however depend on listening to dialect, tone, words used to respond. I am too “Gringa/Americanized”, too Boricua as I try to talk fast(!), definitely never Mexican in a song-song slow manner, and never around Mexicans. Yes, Mexirican in the hill, valleys, and mountains of New England.Adore the English to Spanish and lightly Spanglish exchange. The transitions are so very ‘ me gusta’ Gracias. Are you two on any other podcasts as well?

I appreciate the stats and the cool fun facts. The behind the scenes stuff is awesome too. Honestly though that makes up like only 20% of the content in an episode. The other 80% is them being corny with their dumb intros. They also spend so much time criticizing and it's not really constructive. Then they spend too much time listening to horrible quality voicemails.
