German Stories - Learn German with Stories (and more)

Love this Podcast. My friend said my German sounds like a New Jersey accent instead of German accent. This podcast is helping. Thank you 😆😆

This podcast is a great way to learn German. The explanations are clear and concise, and it feels like you’re progressing with the language as the story moves along.

After Duolingo and DeutscheWelle’s Nico’s Weg, I was stuck somewhere between A2 and B1. Until I found German Stories, various apps and German learning websites were not captivating and the exercises were often trivial. German Stories solves both problems. The little stories are amusing and motivating— what is Paul going to do next to go from bad to worse? The exercises on the website are provocative and helpful. The best is the opportunity to write a little essay about the story with immediate corrections and feedback. Finally, I am making progress again in learning German while enjoying the process. You may find that it works for you, too. I recommend it for an elegantly presented approach to German.

Proper mouth to mic distant, maybe a very good mic? I use these stories as background when doing other tasks; sound/voice quality is paramount to me. I use a few language learning podcasts to help me and this one is an important one. I listen for hours everyday as a background even going back over older episodes. The fellow has put allot of effort into this program. One thing about all these language learning podcasts, is I wish they would say the English parts much faster. And drop the musical bridges, but not a problem with this podcast, pretty tight.
