Love it (and have one small note)
Recently found the podcast and have been binging it. Very interesting behind-the-scenes stories of life on SNL… you learn a LOT about SNL. Two things I realized: 1. How happy and likable David Spade is in real life compared to the sarcastic, acerbic characters he always plays. 2. Dana Carvey is clearly an actor, because he always turns his guests stories into an anecdote about himself. If a guest tells a story about buying a new car, Carvey will say, “I know what you mean. One time I went car shopping and…” I wish he’d allow the guests to tell a story without it turning into a Dana Carvey thing, but he’s an entertainer and has that incredible need to entertain people.
audio quality is poor
the content is wonderful but the audio production and quality is very poor, i hat to turn off the latest episode because of this. it is easy to fix, get some professional help or outsource to a decent pod studio like team coco.
Sound quality
When someone interrupts (usually Dana) their voice sounds doubled and totally insane and annoying. I know these hosts have “first though best thought” improv-based personalities but maybe let people finish their sentences sometimes ?
