    265. How To Be Excited About Letting Go: Reading for The Week of 08.24.26

    This week feels different than the rest of the month. We’re building towards a Partial Lunar Eclipse in Pisces. And this one’s kind of a f****r. We’re humans with egos, so letting go isn’t always going to go down easy. In this episode, I shared some perspectives to make it suck a little less. I also make sure you have some practices you can return to when things get challenging. The end of the month brings fireworks with Jupiter in Leo trining Saturn in Aries. This transit asks you to try things out and follow your instincts, even if it feels scary. Astrologically, we’re now solidly exploring terrains with no map.     When it comes to heart, we’ve been f****d by Disney. The heart is a ferocious organ of perception. It’s the center of wisdom, intelligence, and the repository of the person’s life. Not some mushy, diluted, spiritualized branding to slap on. As old ways of relying on the mind as ruler of everything is clearly breaking down, we’re craving new ways of being. The heart is the answer. But its intelligence may completely baffle you. In this episode, I share some signs that your heart is activating. We’re so immersed in our resistance to skillful relationality, so we instead toggle back and forth between codependency and hyper-independence. How do we behave in ways that reflect the interconnected nature of our wellness, liberation, love, and truth? How do we collaborate without holding ourselves back?     262. August 2026: The Mystery of The Heart

    Welcome to August! We discussed three themes for August 2026: * Power is relational. * Prioritize your heart. * Surrender into the mystery. This month, we’re being asked to listen deeply. To pay attention to what truly wants to be communicated and expressed beyond the words. We’re also asked to understand and experience our heart expansion more deeply. The journey is ecstatic, euphoric, and sometimes excruciating, and the reward of choosing the heart is that new doors will open for you. Finally, we’re walking into eclipse season in August, and there’s major shedding that would like to occur in our lives. This is not failure. This is a graduation point.
