We’re so immersed in our resistance to skillful relationality, so we instead toggle back and forth between codependency and hyper-independence. How do we behave in ways that reflect the interconnected nature of our wellness, liberation, love, and truth? How do we collaborate without holding ourselves back?     262. August 2026: The Mystery of The Heart

    Welcome to August! We discussed three themes for August 2026: * Power is relational. * Prioritize your heart. * Surrender into the mystery. This month, we’re being asked to listen deeply. To pay attention to what truly wants to be communicated and expressed beyond the words. We’re also asked to understand and experience our heart expansion more deeply. The journey is ecstatic, euphoric, and sometimes excruciating, and the reward of choosing the heart is that new doors will open for you. Finally, we’re walking into eclipse season in August, and there’s major shedding that would like to occur in our lives. This is not failure. This is a graduation point.
