I'm talking about the ability to stay calm when things are irritating or taxing. Morning or lunch refocus

I like to listen to Jay on a morning walk or lunch break. The podcast is simple enough to not be overwhelming but not predictable. Gives you something to think on that you can always relate to no matter your stage in life.
It’s a good pause in your day.
