I was really getting into listening to this Anomaly podcast, I have been listening for a while now because he has really good topics and insight. but it almost seems like every episode he has to make a rude comment about boomers. His remarks are very rude and uncalled for, you can hear the hatred in his (Christian) voice as he says it. He seems to especially hate boomers on Facebook. Does he ever stop to think that maybe he gets so many boomer comments that he doesn’t like on Facebook, because Facebook tends to be full of boomers? Or maybe they are fake profiles?
I am a boomer, although I actually don’t call myself that, I find it derogatory to label someone that way. I been listening to every podcast he has made in recent months, I gave him a pass on the first few boomer comments that I heard, but they became more vitriol as time went on, and it was so disappointing. Judging a whole group of people and stereotyping them isn’t very Christian to me. He likes to blame the boomers for the current problems of the world, I think he should look at his own generation for that.
Let’s just start blaming generations for things that are happening wrong, instead of actually blaming the actual people doing it.
When Obama started dismantling our country, I didn’t blame boomers for it, I blamed Obama.
Our elite and our government has created names for generations as another way to turn people against each other, and it seems to be working.
What a shame, because I really did like this podcast, and I was starting to share it and the merch he sells, with everyone. Now I don’t want to even listen to it anymore, because I don’t want to be called names and made fun of because I happen to be a boomer. You have a way of being very rude, and then right after you say things like “I’m not being hateful”, but that doesn’t make it less hateful.
When I listened to your podcast Anomaly, I didn’t for a moment even try to think of which generation you were in, it didn’t matter to me, the message that you had is what mattered to me.
