Grieving Insomniacs, a podcast about grief

Grieving Insomniacs, where every tear shed is a testament to the love we carry in our hearts. Our mission is simple yet profound: to provide grieving mothers everywhere with a safe, sacred space where their pain is acknowledged, their grief is accepted, and their voices are amplified. Through the power of podcasting, we're dismantling the culture of silence that surrounds the grief of mothers, replacing it with a culture of support, empathy, and understanding. We envision a world where no mother suffers in silence.

From Grieving Insomniacs to Miles, Memories, and Messages to the Wind

If you've been listening to Grieving Insomniacs, first, thank you. Thank you for allowing me into your sleepless nights, your quiet mornings, and those moments when grief felt too heavy to carry alone. Together we've cried, questioned, remembered, and discovered that grief doesn't have to be hidden away. It can be spoken out loud. This podcast has always been about authenticity. That will never change. What is changing is the way I tell these stories. I'm excited to share that Grieving Insomniacs is evolving into a YouTube channel called Miles, Memories, and Messages to the Wind. This new chapter combines everything that has been on my heart: grief, healing, travel, storytelling, and the extraordinary places that remind us our loved ones are never truly gone. I'll be traveling to Wind Phones across the country—places where people speak words left unsaid to those they love and miss. Along the way, I'll visit beautiful landscapes, meet remarkable people, share honest conversations about grief, and continue exploring what it means to build a meaningful life after unimaginable loss. Christopher's story will always be at the heart of this journey. His life continues to inspire every mile I travel and every story I tell. Through this channel, I hope his legacy continues to bring hope and connection to others who are walking this road. Don't worry—I'm not leaving behind the conversations you've come to expect. You'll still hear reflections on grief, interviews, coping strategies, and the real, unfiltered moments that remind us we aren't alone. The difference is that now you'll be able to experience these journeys alongside me. You'll see the roads I travel. The Wind Phones I visit. The places where memories live. And the moments that remind us hope still exists. If you've been with me from the beginning, I hope you'll continue this journey with me. If you're new here, welcome. There's always room for one more traveler. Thank you for walking beside me. Until next time... May the road bring you peace, may the wind carry your messages, and may love always find its way home. #grief #griefjourney #transitions #grievingmother
