134 | Is It Time for a Change? 3 Signs to Look For

What if the unhappiness, frustration, or lack of fruit you’ve been experiencing isn’t just a bad season—but an invitation to stop, get quiet, and ask God what He’s actually calling you to do? In this episode, we’re looking at 3 signs it may be time for a change: unhappiness, no fruit, and striving. But before you make a major decision, we’re slowing down to ask a deeper question: Is something truly wrong, or has comparison, unrealistic expectations, or frustration with God’s timing distorted your perspective? I’m sharing a personal story from my own life and walking through a prayer of surrender, repentance, and renewed dependence on God. We’ll also look at what it means to stay in your own lane, recognize the fruit that’s already there, and stop trying to force what God may not be asking you to carry. If you’ve been feeling like you’re working hard but getting nowhere, comparing yourself to everyone around you, or wondering whether it’s time to change direction, this conversation is for you.   🩷 Want to book Yaritza for your next women's event? 133 | How to Process Hard Seasons & Keep Moving Forward | A Different Kind of Monthly Review

What if your monthly review went beyond goals, accomplishments, and what you need to do next? What if you paused long enough to ask, “How am I really doing?” In this episode, I’m sharing a more personal look at what I’ve been learning during a particularly hard season. With my son leaving for college, my in-laws moving to Georgia, and a lot of change happening at once, I’ve been navigating sadness, gratitude, and everything in between. This season has reminded me why pausing and reflecting matters. When we slow down, we can learn things about ourselves that we might otherwise miss, and we can give God space to meet us in the hard places. We’ll talk about: How to process difficult seasons instead of running from them Why your emotions are worth paying attention to Finding beauty and gratitude in the middle of hard things How to lean on God when life feels overwhelming A different way to approach your monthly review as a mom At the end, I’ll give you a few questions to help you go deeper in your own monthly reflection. You don’t have to have it all figured out. Sometimes you just need to pause, get honest, and let God meet you where you are. 🩷 Want to book Yaritza for your next women's event? 132 | 9 Areas of Your Life Every Stay-at-Home Mom Should Evaluate

As a stay-at-home mom, do you ever feel overwhelmed, unfulfilled, or like one area of your life is affecting everything else? In this episode, we’re using the Happiness Scorecard to help you evaluate nine important areas of your life and create more clarity, balance, and intentionality as a mom. You’ll score yourself in physical health, mental health, marriage, parenting, personal goals and vision, friendships, generosity, spiritual health, and fun & adventure. This simple self-assessment will help you identify where you’re thriving, where you may need more attention, and where you can begin making intentional changes. This isn’t about having a perfect life or getting a perfect score. It’s about honestly looking at where you are, celebrating what’s going well, and recognizing the areas that may need some care. As moms, it’s easy to spend all our time taking care of everyone else and forget to take care of ourselves. But leading your family well begins with leading yourself well. With God at the center, you can begin creating a more intentional life filled with greater joy, purpose, and fulfillment. Grab your journal and complete your Happiness Scorecard alongside me. You may be surprised by what you discover, and you may find the clarity you need to know what to focus on next. 🩷 Want to book Yaritza for your next women's event? 131 | A Simple Exercise to Get Clear on What You Want as a Mom

What do you want to feel when you look back on 2026? In this episode, we’re going deeper than simply setting goals or making a list of what you want to accomplish. If you’re a stay-at-home mom who has been feeling scattered, stuck, or unsure of what you want for yourself, this exercise can help you gain clarity and create a vision for the rest of your year. We’re using a simple but powerful reflection exercise called the 7 Layer Dip to uncover the deeper reasons behind how you want to feel by December 31, 2026. You’ll start with one question—How do I want to feel at the end of the year?—and then ask yourself “why?” seven times. As you peel back each layer, you may uncover desires, motivations, and priorities you didn’t realize were there. This is an opportunity to slow down, get honest with yourself, and invite God into the process of creating a vision for your life. Grab your journal, set aside a few quiet minutes, and get ready to dig a little deeper. You might be surprised by what God reveals.   🩷 Want to book Yaritza for your next women's event? 130 | When God Asks You to Simplify: Letting Go to Make Room for Growth

Have you ever felt God asking you to let something go, even something you genuinely enjoy? In this episode, I'm sharing a personal decision I've been praying through for the past few months: simplifying my life so I can better focus on what God has called me to in this season. It's not about giving up things because they're bad. Sometimes God asks us to release good things so we can make room for what's best. We'll talk about the Biblical principle of pruning, why fruit trees are cut back to produce more growth and fruit, and how that same principle applies to our own lives. I'll also share some exciting updates about the future of the podcast and the ways we'll continue to stay connected. In this episode, you'll learn: Why pruning is necessary for healthy growth Why letting go of good things can make room for God's best Questions to help you identify areas of your life that need pruning Updates on the podcast schedule and where to connect moving forward If you've been feeling stretched, overwhelmed, or sensing God is leading you into a new season, I hope this conversation encourages you to trust Him with what He's asking you to release. Remember: Pruning isn't punishment - it's preparation for new growth.   🩷 Want to book Yaritza for your next women's event? 129 | How to Quiet a Busy Mind Before You Pray

Do you ever sit down to pray or journal only to realize your mind is racing with a thousand different thoughts? As stay-at-home moms, our days are filled with responsibilities, decisions, and constant mental noise. It's no wonder it can feel difficult to focus on God when our minds are so full. In today's episode, I'm sharing one simple practice that has transformed my quiet time and helped me create space to hear from God. Before we seek direction, make plans, or work on the vision God has placed on our hearts, we first need to clear our minds and hearts. You'll learn: Why it's so hard to focus during prayer and quiet time. A simple 5–10 minute journaling exercise to clear mental clutter. Why putting pen to paper is so powerful. How to surrender your thoughts and worries to God. Practical ways to listen for His guidance and write down what He places on your heart. This simple daily habit can help you feel more peaceful, more present, and more prepared to hear God's voice. If this episode encouraged you, I'd love for you to leave a review and share it with another stay-at-home mom who could use a little more peace in her day.   ⭐️Book Yaritza to speak at your next event! What if one hour with God at the end of each month could completely change how you step into the next one? In this replay episode, I'm sharing the simple 7-step monthly review I use to pause, reflect, and invite God into every area of my life. Instead of rushing into a new month, you'll learn how to celebrate your wins, identify what's holding you back, recognize patterns, and make intentional changes with the help of the Holy Spirit.
