Parth shares his path into life sciences and tech, including founding an early NLP company in 2012 and then building ACTO after speaking with over 100 life science companies about field force effectiveness. And yet the same story keeps showing up in boardrooms: ROI is unclear, adoption is patchy, and leaders struggle to explain how all the AI activity connects to strategic goals. In this solo episode, Dr Andree Bates steps into “The Diagnostic Room” to explain why this happens, and why it’s usually not a technology, talent, or speed issue.
