Have Headaches But Your Doctor Said There Is Nothing Wrong?

In this episode of the Premier Rehab and Training Podcast, I talk about a frustrating situation I see all the time: people who are dealing with headaches, neck pain, dizziness, or ringing in their ears but are told by their doctor that “nothing is wrong.” After MRIs, X-rays, and blood tests come back normal, many patients leave feeling confused, dismissed, or even like their symptoms might be imagined. I share the story of a patient who had spent years seeing different providers for ringing in her ears and daily dizziness. Even after working with specialists and trying nutrition changes, she was still struggling and had been told multiple times that nothing showed up on her tests. Yet after just a couple of sessions focused on movement and clinical evaluation, she began seeing major improvements and even had days where the ringing completely disappeared. I also explain why this happens so often in healthcare. Imaging and lab tests are excellent tools for detecting disease or structural damage, but they don’t always explain why someone is experiencing pain or symptoms. Just because an MRI or X-ray looks normal doesn’t mean nothing is wrong. Your body can still be sending signals that something needs attention. If you’ve ever been told that your headaches or neck pain aren’t showing up on tests and you’re not sure what to do next, this episode will help you understand why that happens and why your symptoms still deserve real investigation and care. #1 Reason Why You Can't Shake Your Back Pain

In this episode of the Premier Rehab and Training Podcast, I talk about the number one reason I see people struggle to get out of chronic back pain. And surprisingly, it has nothing to do with a diagnosis, muscle tightness, or a structural issue in the spine. Over the years, I’ve worked with many people who have already been through physical therapy, chiropractic care, injections, and even surgical consultations. By the time they reach our clinic, they’re often frustrated and skeptical, which is completely understandable. But what often keeps people stuck isn’t the condition itself. It’s the fear that trying something new might fail. In this episode, I share a patient story and also talk about my own experience dealing with chronic nerve pain and the moment that changed how I approached treatment. The real turning point wasn’t a new exercise or stretch; it was being willing to question what I thought I knew and take a step forward despite the fear of being wrong. If you’ve been dealing with back pain for years and feel hesitant about trying another solution, this episode will help you understand why that hesitation is normal and why moving forward with curiosity and hope may be the most important step toward finally getting your life back. Headaches Are Not A Head Problem

In this episode of the Premier Rehab and Training Podcast, I’m breaking down why headaches are not actually a “head problem.” I share the story of a patient who struggled with years of headaches and neck pain that affected her work, productivity, and daily life, and how the real solution started at her feet, pelvis, and ribs before we ever worked on her head. I explain why many people with chronic headaches are unknowingly using their head and neck to compensate for issues happening elsewhere in their body, and why focusing treatment only on the neck or skull leaves so many people stuck. I also go deep into how bones actually bend, expand, and store energy - including your skull - and why limited movement and pressure inside the head can create the classic symptoms of head pain, tension, and that behind-the-eye ache. You’ll hear how things like your center of gravity, posture, foot mechanics, lifting habits, and rib or pelvic stiffness can overload the head and cause it to work overtime just to keep you balanced. And I walk through how whole-body treatment, not just treating the painful area, helped this patient finally break the cycle of daily headaches.  If your headaches keep coming back despite medication, stretching, chiropractic care, or supplements, this episode will give you a clearer picture of what you might be missing.
