As always beautiful and relaxing to listen to before getting my day started. This episode ended with a weird alarm sounding screeching. I was not sure if that was supposed to happen to get me up lol. Keep the podcasts coming!!
Thank you

These daily affirmations have helped me and continue to help me through some of the most unexpected, sudden, difficult moments of my life. I appreciate both the brevity and effectiveness. Everything you put out seems to speak right to my life. Thank you.

Was very disappointed in the length of the ad versus the message presented. I started looking at the transcripts before I would practice the affirmations in the morning and started noticing that it’s now more ads than ever. Will be unsubscribing.
Being a single mom vs solo parent for a weekend are not the same.
May 19
Saying “Single mommying it” when you’re married but your husband is just out of town is NOTHING like being an actual single mom. Words matter and when your audience is women, I think’t it’s important to be mindful not to diminish the unique challenges real single moms face. Yes, being the sole person in charge of activities and day-to-day tasks is difficult and I’m not here to invalidate that. But being a single mom is much more than managing the weekend - it’s 24/7/365 of not only managing day to day tasks/activities/ tantrums/etc. but bearing 100% of the emotional load. 100% of the financial stress falls on the single parent (saving for retirement, paying the bills, college tuition, etc), 100% of the parenting strategy falls on the single parent, single moms NEVER have a partner to step in and say “I got this, go take care of you”. When a single mom needs a hug after a hard week, they don’t get one. When the roof leaks, a single mom doesn’t have a partner to talk through the solution with or help with the manual labor. When a single mom’s boss says it’s an important meeting and she can’t miss it but then her kid is sick, she doesn’t have a partner to tag in for the day. It is very hurtful and diminishing to single moms when a partnered mom refers to themselves as a single mom.
