It's a local podcast shining the light on the daily struggles that people have dealing with a Mental Health condition. And the worse thing of all most people don't even talk about it. This topic was raised by a fellow detailer and thought why not talk about it. Luke tells us his story of the struggles that he had faced and still does to this day. And tips to help manage it. Plus I touch on my past experiences dealing with it as well. Not a lot of detailing chat in this one but more about raising the issue that it AIN'T Weak to SPEAK.     We have gone international!!! While on my holiday to Bali Indonesia I thought why not go catch up with the locals to see how the industry is there.
