Friend, if you're feeling frustrated with food and your body, I'm so glad you are joining me today.  In this episode, I guide you on the path to Eat This Way, Train Your Thoughts For Food Freedom. Embrace food freedom by choosing: Whole foods over processed foods. Fiber-rich plant-based meals. Water between meals. Moderation. Quick and Easy-to-prepare meals to start your journey Corn tortillas with black beans and salsa. Brown rice with vegetables and tofu. A baked sweet potato loaded with beans and greens. One-pot soups and stews. Train your thoughts While you're in the rhythm of meal preparation, let scripture train your thoughts. Write down a scripture promise for each rhythm Read it slowly. Speak it aloud. Let it interrupt anxious self-talk. Pray before meals—not out of routine, but with intention.
