#189: Revealing the ROOT of ALL or NOTHING mindset

OU DON'T HAVE A CONSISTENCY PROBLEM. YOU HAVE AN ALL-OR-NOTHING PROBLEM. 🔥 You miss ONE workout, and suddenly the entire week is a wash. You eat ONE thing that wasn't part of your plan, and now you're starting over Monday. You can't do the full workout, so you do absolutely nothing. And then you wonder why you can't stay consistent. SISTER. WE NEED TO TALK.  In today's episode of Laced With Grace, Fully Embraced, we're getting uncomfortable and digging into the REAL root of all-or-nothing thinking. Because sometimes what we call a lack of discipline is actually perfectionism, fear of failure, and an unhealthy relationship with our own expectations. We're unpacking why we sabotage our progress, how shame keeps us trapped in the cycle of starting over, and what Scripture teaches us about renewing our minds and practicing faithful obedience. 📖 Romans 12:2 | Romans 8:1 Here's the hard truth: You cannot build consistency while continuing to demand perfection. And grace? Grace was never intended to become your excuse to quit. But discipline was never intended to become your punishment for being imperfect, either. It's time to stop throwing away an entire day because of one decision. Stop waiting for Monday. Stop confusing imperfect progress with failure. And start learning how to show up even when it doesn't look exactly how you planned. You don't need another fresh start. You need to stop quitting on the progress you've already made. 🎧 Press play, sister. This one might step on your toes, but I promise it's a conversation worth having. ❤️ Need help with accountability, feeling enough, staying consistent, changing your relationship with fitness, nutrition, and your body? join us in November!  Here is the link to join my free laced with grace community! #188: THE RESISTANCE: Why Obedience Gets Uncomfortable

THE RESISTANCE: Why Obedience Gets Uncomfortable What if the resistance you’re feeling isn’t a sign you’re on the wrong path? When you start walking in obedience, stewarding your body, getting in the Word, breaking old habits, and choosing discipline over comfort, don’t be surprised when things get uncomfortable. The doubts creep in. The temptation gets louder. Suddenly, quitting feels easier than continuing. But sister, just because it’s getting harder doesn’t mean you’re going the wrong direction. In this episode, we’re talking spiritual warfare, battling the flesh, resisting temptation, and remaining faithful when obedience doesn’t feel good. Because discomfort isn’t always a warning to stop. Sometimes it’s where growth begins. Galatians 5:16–17 | James 4:7 | Galatians 6:9 Here is the link to join my free laced with grace community! #184: Steward: What does it actually mean to steward your body?

“STEWARD: What Does It Actually Mean to Steward Your Body?” podcast, I’d use: STEWARD: What Does It Actually Mean to Steward Your Body? Your body was never meant to be worshiped—but it wasn’t meant to be neglected either. In this episode, we’re digging into what it actually means to steward the body God has entrusted to you. Stewardship changes the conversation from: “How can I make my body look better?” to “How can I faithfully care for what belongs to God?” We’re talking about the difference between stewardship and obsession, why discipline and grace are not enemies, how our health habits can become an act of worship, and why caring for your body is about so much more than shrinking it. I’m also sharing what this looks like practically through Laced With Grace, our September STEWARD workout theme, and the upcoming STEWARDED: Laced With Grace Nutrition Academy—where we’re going even deeper into nutrition, food, discipline, identity, and learning to approach health through the lens of the Gospel.  1 Corinthians 6:19–20 You don’t own the body you’re living in. It was entrusted to you. The question is: How are you stewarding it? Here is the link to join my free laced with grace community!
