And if you're not losing weight on a caloric deficit is because you're making this huge weight loss mistake which is: being on a caloric deficit. Losing and gaining body fat has only to do with your hormones: insulin which is your fat storage hormone and leptin, which is your fat burning hormone. Nowadays 80% of women are insulin and leptin resistant and that creates dis-eases like PCOS, Hashimoto, hypothyroidism, insulin resistance and type 2-diabetes, obesity, cancer, inflammations and tumors. And also weight loss resistance. So today you're learning the 2 most important factors in losing weight which are getting rid of insulin resistance and healing your mindset.
