A MUST-LISTEN for women

This has quickly become a must listen show for me as a thirty-something female. Dr Ritch does such a great job of highlighting, normalizing, and explaining so many issues I feel often get brushed to the side. Thank you for all the valuable info!!!

If you’re 45+ u might want to try another podcast

I listened to the episode about vaginal atrophy hoping that there would be something more than the traditional “vaginal estrogen, laser treatments, lubricants, moisturizers”. Sadly, disappointed there wasn’t anything new for all of us older gals out their suffering. The lady who hosts this looks so young and healthy. I have a problem believing that she really understands how it feels to have a dried up, hopeless vagina. She says the same things that all the other podcast suggest, and all the other doctors. she is very clearly a medically trained doctor and so she’s going to tell you the same thing your gynecologist will tell you. What if you're menopausal, over 45 & you’ve tried every single thing she suggested, but with no hope? Then where do you turn? I’m tired of people not just putting it out there that sometimes there’s no solution & u are just stuck with it. Biologically-evolutionarily it’s how it was meant to be. 50-year-old women are not going to procreate…so their bodies are not going to produce the perfect items to procreate- no matter how much you put in to re-create it. I wish someone would just put it out there and be honest!
