UnF*ck Your Money

Nadine Zumot

Most financial advice tells you WHAT to do. UnF*ck Your Money explores how to do it when life, stress, fear, and overwhelm get in the way. If information alone changed behavior, we’d all have perfect finances. But we don’t. Because we’re human. We have nervous systems. We have histories. We have fears. We have grief. We have habits. We have protective parts. And those things show up in our bank accounts every day. This podcast is for humans who know what to do but don’t do it. It’s about understanding what comes in their way.  Welcome to UnF*ck Your Money the podcast where go-getters learn how to create a calmer, more empowered relationship with money, themselves, and life. Hosted by Behavioral Finance Coach & Somatic Practitioner Nadine Zumot, this podcast explores the intersection of money, behavior, nervous systems, self-trust, emotional wellbeing, and the very human reasons we struggle to follow through on what we already know would help. So if you've ever thought: "I know what I should be doing with money, so why can't I seem to do it?"you're in the right place. Through honest conversations, practical tools, nervous-system-informed education, and deeply human storytelling, Nadine helps listeners understand the emotional and behavioral patterns driving financial anxiety, emotional spending, avoidance, burnout, overgiving, and self-sabotage, so they can build financial stability without shame, overwhelm, or self criticism.  Because financial wellness isn’t just about numbers. It’s about safety. Capacity. Self-trust. And creating a life that actually feels spacious enough to enjoy. Welcome. Enjoy the show. ♥️

Welcoming Abundance and Miracles in Times of Scarcity

Scarcity can shape the way we spend, save, give, receive, and even how we experience joy.  In this episode, I explore scarcity through the lenses of Behavioral Finance, Somatic Experiencing, and my own personal journey.  We talk about how scarcity is a normal part of being human, how it influences our financial behaviors, why shame keeps scarcity alive, and how practices like compassionate awareness, slowing down, orienting, and faith can help us build the capacity to experience scarcity without letting it make all of our decisions.  If you’ve ever felt like fear was driving your relationship with money and joy, this episode is for you! ⭐️ Book Your Introductory Session If you’re tired of wondering why money feels harder than it should, I invite you to book a 1:1 Financial Wellness Session. Could the RIGHT Money System Help Your Nervous System Thrive?

Listen to my Money Story here. A little note before you press play: This episode is more raw and personal than usual. I actually considered rerecording it because there’s stuttering, emotion, imperfect moments, and parts where you can hear me thinking and feeling in real time. But ultimately, I decided to leave it as it is. Because I think this is what real-life money healing actually sounds like sometimes. Over the past year, I’ve experienced some of the hardest moments of my life. Recovering from Guillain-Barré Syndrome. Feeling like I failed because I couldn’t buy the home I truly wanted. And recently navigating my dog Arby’s ICU stay and health crisis. And through all of it, I noticed something important: 👉 my money system didn’t remove the pain… but it did create enough safety and structure for my nervous system to breathe. That realization changed the way I think about financial wellness. Because maybe the goal isn’t perfection. Maybe the goal is creating systems that support us through real life. Inside this episode, I talk about: why financial setbacks are not personal failureshow overwhelm makes us want to overhaul everything at oncewhy I focus on emotions before complicated money systemsthe importance of identifying the few numbers that actually matter firstand how a supportive money system can create more nervous system safety during difficult seasons of lifeIf you’ve been feeling: behindemotionally exhausted around moneyashamed of your financial setbacksor overwhelmed by trying to “fix” everything at once…this episode is for you. Because financial freedom isn’t about having a perfect life. It’s about creating enough safety, structure, and self-trust to move through life without money becoming another source of collapse. ⭐️ Book Your Introductory Session If you’re tired of wondering why money feels harder than it should, I invite you to book a 1:1 Financial Wellness Session.
