After 14 years of helping women stay in motion, I've learned that consistency isn't about doing the same thing over and over. It's about finding ways to keep showing up. I share why I completely disagree with the idea that "variety is the enemy of consistency," how the Summer Squat Challenge became a core part of the G-Fit Method, and why gaming your habits may be the missing piece in your fitness journey. After a busy week filled with graduations, events, work commitments, and the everyday demands of life, I found myself exhausted and already talking myself out of her morning swim before the next day had even arrived. But what happened the following morning became a lesson in consistency, priorities, and the power of showing up anyway.
