    Rachel Drake - Running Through Pregnancy, 2023 Recap and Beyond (REPLAY)

    Rachel Drake is a professional runner for Nike based in Portland, Oregon. She just finished her season with a win and course record at the 2024 JFK 50 Miler. We did this episode with Rachel last year after her 2023 season. Rachel is a mom, medical student (now doctor) and one of the best trail runners in the US. Rachel spent this year coming back from the recent birth of her son, Lewis. After an injury sidelined her, she eventually came back to finish 6th at OCC. Dani and EmKay chat with Rachel about her background, her pregnancy and everything since then.
