Ep:(189) This is Holding you Back

Sometimes the thing standing between you and the next step isn’t a lack of ability—it’s the voice in your own head telling you that you can’t.   In this episode of She Can Share, I’m getting real about the thoughts and limiting beliefs that have held me back—and might be holding you back too. From worrying about what people will think to telling yourself you’re not good enough, not smart enough, too much, too shy, or simply not ready, these thoughts can quietly keep us from sharing the gifts, dreams, and messages God has placed inside us.   In this episode, you’ll discover: How fear of other people’s opinions can keep you from stepping out Why negative self-talk can become one of the biggest things holding you back How to recognize and challenge limiting beliefs The difference between knowing your weaknesses and allowing them to define you Why God calls us to move beyond fear and step forward with boldness How to “mother yourself” with encouragement instead of constantly criticizing yourself   You have something to say. You have something to give. And there may be someone on the other side of your message who needs to hear it. So stop letting what other people might think—or what you’ve been telling yourself—keep you stuck. Take it to the Lord, challenge those limiting beliefs, and take the next step.   If this episode encouraged you, I’d love to hear from you. Ep:(188) How to Live Set Apart In Your Business

There are seasons when following God means being willing to walk a little differently than everyone around you.   In this episode, I’m talking about what it really means to live set apart in your business—and why being set apart doesn’t always feel comfortable. Sometimes God calls us into lonely places, pruning seasons, and moments where we have to trust Him before we can see what He’s doing.   We’ll talk about what happens when God expands your influence, why expansion can sometimes feel lonely, and how to stay grounded in God’s presence when you’re making big decisions in your business, brand, or calling.   In this episode, you’ll discover: Why being set apart can require you to become comfortable with uncomfortable seasons How God uses pruning and solitude to prepare us for greater influence Why expansion doesn’t always mean adding more—it can mean letting go How to trust God when you feel alone, misunderstood, or uncertain about your next step Why seeking God first matters when you’re making major business and life decisions How to recognize that God’s presence—not the outcome—is where your victory begins   And remember, being set apart doesn’t mean being abandoned. God is with you in the lonely places, the valley seasons, and the mountaintops.   Get Your Copy of Firebrand Book: https://fitinfaithmedia.com/firebrand   Ready to expand your message? Ep:(187) Elimination Comes Before Expansion

Sometimes the biggest step toward what God has next for you is deciding what you’re finally ready to let go of.   As we move into the final quarter of 2026, I’ve been thinking about what’s working, what isn’t, and what might need to be eliminated in order to make room for expansion. Because expansion doesn’t always mean adding more clients, more content, more opportunities, or more responsibilities. Sometimes, it requires subtraction first.   In this episode, we’re talking about the things we may have outgrown but are still carrying—old habits, obligations, relationships, business models, roles, or even identities. I’ll share why elimination isn’t necessarily failure; sometimes, it’s obedience.   In this episode, you’ll discover: Why expansion often requires subtraction before addition How to recognize what is draining your energy or no longer producing fruit The difference between what is familiar and what is actually fruitful Why something God blessed in one season may not be something He’s asking you to carry into the next How to make room for the calling God is expanding you into Why trusting God sometimes means stepping into the uncomfortable space between what you’re releasing and what comes next   And because you don’t need to carry everything into your next season, I want to encourage you to prayerfully ask: What needs to go?   Ready to expand your message? Ep:(186) The Bad Mom Lie with Theresa Todd

Episode 186: The Bad Mom Lie with Theresa Todd   A bad moment doesn’t make you a bad mom—but sometimes shame can make it feel that way.   In this episode, I’m joined by my friend Theresa Todd, host of The BAD Mom Show, for an honest conversation about motherhood, identity, shame, and what it looks like to step into your God-given authority as a mom.   Theresa opens up about growing up with the belief that she was “the bad one” and how that eventually turned into perfectionism, performance, and constantly trying to prove her worth. We talk about how those same patterns followed her into motherhood and what happened when God began showing her that she didn’t have to earn her value through how well she performed.   We also dive into the difference between guilt and shame, how to recognize the lies we’ve believed about ourselves, and how renewing our minds with God’s truth can change the way we lead our homes.   In this episode, you’ll discover: Why attaching your worth to your performance can create a cycle of shame The difference between guilt and shame—and why shame attacks your identity How to recognize your triggers and get curious about what’s underneath them Why motherhood is one of the most important mantles of leadership How God’s Word can help you challenge the lies you’ve believed about yourself What it looks like to take spiritual authority and boldly speak truth over your family   Motherhood was never meant to be a performance you have to perfect. You are already loved, chosen, and equipped by God for the family He has entrusted to you.   If you’ve ever found yourself thinking, “I’m a bad mom,” I hope this conversation reminds you that one hard moment does not define who you are. You can receive grace, renew your mind, and lead your home from a place of identity instead of shame.   Connect with Theresa and learn more about The BAD Mom Show and the resources she offers for moms who want to grow in confidence, faith, and leadership.   IG: https://www.instagram.com/thetheresatodd/ www.thetheresatodd.com   Want more free resources to help you grow your business and overcome what’s holding you back? Ep:(185) What Happens When God Gives You Influence?

Influence sounds exciting—until you realize it comes with responsibility.   There’s a difference between being popular and actually making an impact. And when God begins expanding your influence, your business, your platform, or your reach, there’s a deeper question to consider: Are you ready to steward what He’s entrusted to you?   In this episode, I’m talking about what happens when God gives you influence and why growth isn’t just about becoming more visible. It’s about integrity, consistency, humility, courage, and being willing to show up even when nobody is watching.   In this episode, you’ll discover: Why influence is not the same thing as popularity What it really means to steward your time, voice, business, and platform Why God may ask you to show up consistently before anyone is watching How visibility can bring fears of criticism, judgment, and being misunderstood Why your message needs to be accessible to the people who need it How the parable of the talents challenges us to stop hiding what God has given us   Sometimes expansion means becoming visible in ways you’ve never been visible before. But you don’t have to have everything figured out—you simply need to faithfully use what God has placed in your hands.   If you’re ready to grow your influence while staying grounded in who God has called you to be, this episode is for you.   Ready to expand your business and free the founder? Ep:(184) What If You’re Not Stuck? What If You’re Expanding?

Growth can feel surprisingly uncomfortable when you’re stepping into something you’ve never done before.   In this episode, I’m talking about those seasons where you’re wondering, “Am I stuck, or is God actually expanding me?” Because sometimes the discomfort, uncertainty, and fear we experience aren’t signs that we’re on the wrong path—they’re simply evidence that we’re somewhere we’ve never been before. I want to help you recognize the difference between fear and discernment, and learn to trust God even when you don’t feel ready.   In this episode, you’ll discover: Why discomfort doesn’t automatically mean you’re doing the wrong thing How to recognize when God is stretching you into something new Why the calling often comes before the confidence The difference between “I can’t” and “I’ve never” How to discern the difference between fear and a genuine warning from God Why your next level may require new support, systems, and people around you   If you’ve been feeling stretched in your business, leadership, or calling, I want you to pause before you label yourself as stuck. You may not be stuck at all. You may simply be expanding beyond the way you’ve operated before.   Sometimes the next step isn’t about feeling ready. It’s about trusting God enough to take the step anyway.   Listen in, sit with these questions, and ask yourself: Where am I feeling stretched right now—and could this actually be evidence that I’m expanding?   Want more free resources to help you grow your business and overcome what’s holding you back? Ep:(183) Game Changer Strategy For Your Faith and Business

Episode 183: Game Changer Strategy For Your Faith and Business   Sometimes the breakthrough you’re believing God for starts with something that has already happened.   In this episode, I’m sharing a simple but powerful strategy for building faith in your business, ministry, and life: your testimony. When God has done something once, it becomes a reminder of what He can do again. Instead of overlooking your wins or comparing yourself to someone else’s breakthrough, I want to encourage you to recognize what God has already done and put that testimony on repeat.   In this episode, you’ll discover: Why your testimony can become a powerful source of faith for your next breakthrough How to take the wins you’ve experienced in business and use them to build your confidence for what’s next Why you should repeat and share your testimonies instead of keeping them to yourself How to shift from comparison and jealousy when someone else experiences a breakthrough What it looks like to create an atmosphere of faith around the things you’re believing God for Why stretching yourself and dreaming bigger can create opportunities for God to receive the glory   If you’re entering a new season in your business and wondering what God might do next, I want you to look back before you look forward. What has He already done? What testimony can you put on repeat?   Let that become the anthem you carry into your next season. If this episode encourages you, send it to a Christian woman in business who needs a faith boost, and let me know what testimony you’re believing God to repeat in your life.   Want more free resources to help you grow your business and overcome what’s holding you back? Ep:(182) How to Create Content from Inspiration Not Desperation

Have you ever sat down to create content and felt like you’re forcing it because you need people to like it, engage with it, or somehow prove that what you’re doing is working?   In this episode, I’m talking about what it really looks like to create content from a place of inspiration instead of desperation. Because when we’re constantly giving, serving, and showing up online from an empty place, it doesn’t take long before we feel burned out and overwhelmed.   For me, the answer isn’t another content strategy—it starts with getting back to God as my source. When I spend time with Him, I’m reminded that I don’t have to perform for Him or for people. I can create from a place of overflow, authenticity, and purpose.   In this episode, you’ll discover: Why creating content from desperation can leave you feeling exhausted and disconnected How spending intentional time with God can change the way you show up online Why social media can become a place to serve others instead of simply promoting yourself How hearing God’s voice can help you discover your own voice, gifts, and passions What it means to create from a sustainable place instead of constantly running on empty How to stop performing and start creating from a place of freedom and authenticity   If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or drained by content creation, I hope this episode reminds you that God is your source—not social media, likes, or algorithms.   Take a listen, and then ask yourself: Am I creating from inspiration or desperation?   Want more free resources to help you grow your business and overcome what’s holding you back?
