    I've been punishing myself sexually, feeling the shame and LIBERATION!

    Hey babes!! Whoa, it has been a long time since we've caught up! But it's for a good reason! I got so burnt out from over working that I was forced to slow down and rest. Resting allowed my mind slow down and BOOM I was finally confronted with feeling the shame from my sexual trauma bc I finally had the SPACE to think about things.   These last 2 months have been so confronting and painful but now that i'm coming out the other side what I've learned and how I feel makes it all worth it.  We are done running. Avoiding speaking my truth has gotten me into situations that were detrimental to my mental health and well being.  Remaining silent in my pain only amplified the pain and made me feel completely isolated and alone in my struggles. But when I started to speak up my life changed for the better....DRASTICALLY.
