Love everything about it
I have no qualms about rabbit trails, y’all speak straight to my ADHD brain and I love it!
Would love to hear a podcast on hospitality. As a young married couple, my husband and I host youth events often, and we are always buying crappy cheap food because that’s what they like. Where do I find the balance with this? I would love to promote a healthy lifestyle and show them good food can taste good, but how do I do that in a way they will accept and that won’t spend my entire grocery budget on one event? Maybe some recipe ideas? Or just some encouragement about encouraging others in a hospitable way. I love food and I want people to enjoy it at my house. And I know THM is enjoyable but people who don’t know that will always compare it to food that isn’t so great and then I will not be the hostess with the mostess 🙈 Is this pride?! Help!
ˈlü-ˌsēn leucine
Thrilled that you are discussing bioidentical HRT! It took me forever to know what you were talking about when you said “luchine”. You might want to have Danny tell the audience what the American pronunciation for this amino acid is, so we know what you’re talking about😉
Has potential, but….
The “rabbit trails” didn’t use to bother me. I found their little tangents & stories to be funny and interesting. Now it feels like Danny & Serene interrupt Pearl almost on purpose just to be funny or something. It’s okay sometimes but it’s really annoying when she’s trying to actually give interesting information and can’t even complete a thought because they won’t stop interrupting and being goofy. (Such as the recent “back to basics” episode. It could’ve been a really helpful interesting episode but instead you really couldn’t follow along hardly because of all the interruptions, jokes, tangents, etc.) Again, I personally don’t mind the jokes, stories and stuff like that at the beginning of the podcast, but once they actually start the subject of the podcast, I wish they’d calm down a little. Pearl is supportive of Serene’s sermons and Scripture podcasts so it would be nice if they would be a little more supportive and helpful of Pearls informational episodes. Keep the funny stuff in! Just maybe don’t do it throughout the whole entire episode so we can actually follow along with the point of the episode :)
