I appreciate the honesty, openness & truth Emily & Johnny share. They seem so genuine. If I have any hope, it’s because of them and what they’re doing. I believe God led me to it since I’ve been barely hanging on..🙏🏻

My husband and I are working with Johnny and Emily.. it’s early on our journey.. I am binging all the episodes to help myself and pray my husband is getting the healing and help he needs. This podcast is what I need and honestly the only reason my husband admitted his pornography addiction. That in and of itself is a miracle. So it gives me hope. Even in this season of awful.

I recently found this podcast, and it’s truly been a light in a very dark season. It’s helped me start to make sense of things that once felt completely senseless. I’ve gained a deeper understanding of my husband’s addiction, my own pain, and the healing process I’m walking through right now. About six episodes in, I suggested my husband listen too. He’s not a podcast listener and has always made excuses about not having time for that kind of thing—but he listened. We listened to the first episode together, and now he’s been listening on his own. He’s almost caught up to me and actually wants us to listen together so we can talk about it afterwards. He really identifies with Johnny’s journey and experiences. Hearing their story has given us both something we didn’t think we’d find again—hope. Hope that our marriage can make it through this. For the first time in over 30 years, I’m finally seeing my husband become the man God intended him to be. I’m seeing the real fruit of the Spirit in his life, which is helping me slowly begin to trust again and believe we can rebuild a new marriage together. Thank you, Johnny and Emily, for your honesty, vulnerability, and obedience to share your story. You are helping others—including us—find hope and healing beyond broken vows.

I am so happy that I found this podcast. Although I am so grateful for the amount of material that is accessible on sex addiction and betrayal trauma, I was looking for content that was Christ centered and would give me hope in my seemingly impossible circumstances. The way that Emily and Johnny speak to each other with such kindness and respect is so encouraging. Their story is very similar to mine, and the fact that they have successfully navigated this horrible journey together and has stayed married is truly remarkable and gives me hope. Thank you Johnny and Emily, for being so vulnerable and brave to share your story, your journey, and your testimony. I pray that God would continue to use you both in this arena and that He would continue to receive glory from your story and others who you are so powerfully helping.
