    Priscilla Presley chose to forget ALL OF THEM - CHILD BRIDE Ch. 17 Pt. 2

    It's time for another chapter recap of "Child Bride - The Untold Story of Priscilla Beaulieu Presley" by Suzanne Finstad. Let's get into Ch. 17 Part TWO, where we dive even DEEPER into all the high school romances that Priscilla never told us about in her two memoirs, "Elvis and Me" and "Softly As I Leave You." We continue into all of the high school romances and relationships that she covered up, and also on the narrative that Priscilla was just head over heels for Elvis since the day she laid eyes on him. The author of Child Bride, Suzanne Finstad,  maintains that this is a calculated fiction on Priscillas part -  a attempt in her memoir, "Elvis and Me" years later,  to  cover up her OWN ambivalence to Elvis. Mind you, this real life ambivalence was supposedly at the same time her parents were inching her ever closer and closer to Elvis and his adult world.     Priscilla Presley- The boyfriends she tried to Erase - CHILD BRIDE Ch.17 Pt.1

    It's time for another chapter recap of "Child Bride - The Untold Story of Priscilla Beaulieu Presley" by Suzanne Finstad. Let's get into Ch. 17 Part One, and explore all the high school romances that Priscilla never told us about in her two memoirs, "Elvis and Me" and "Softly As I Leave You." Priscilla Presley doesn't like to talk about her time in high school in Germany between 1960 and 1962, while Elvis was back in the States, and before she went to go live with him at age 17 at Graceland.  Why?  Because apparently and according to reports and interviews that the author of Child Bride Suzanne Finstad conducted, she was a very busy girl in high school, dating a lot of boys her own age while she was separated from Elvis. While this is not necessarily problematic on its face, it becomes an issue when she has told us for DECADES that once she laid eyes on Elvis, there was NO one for her - real or imagined until they were married in 1967.     How could I not know this about Taylor and Madonna fans come for me in my comments

    So it's been a couple of weeks and the craziness has died down, so let's discuss this huge celebrity wedding that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce hosted in NYC over the 2026 July 4th weekend.  A lot of money, a lot of media, and a whole lotta hoopla. But was it all necessary in the first place, especially given how much media saturation Taylor already experiences on a daily basis?  Let's explore the reasoning why Taylor would think that this media circus would be a good idea in the first place - ALL MY OPINION of course. Also, I share with you (something I NEVER knew) that Taylor does to keep herself the top of the charts. This shocked me, but what shocked me more was the huge rock I was living under where this was concerned. How could I not know this? We also have to discuss the way that Madonna fans CAME FOR ME in the comment section of the last video I did about her and J Lo. Apparently they were very upset that I dared to suggest that an almost 70 year old woman might want to start covering it up and having a sense of decency. They were not happy, to say the least...     WHAT was up with Priscilla Presley's "troubled" teenage years? - Child Bride Ch. 16 RECAP

    Let's talk about Priscilla's allegedly troubled teenage years in Germany, circa 1960. Priscilla has, for decades, had her narrative about it, but what is the real story? What was it really like for her to grow up with her gruff and difficult stepfather, Paul Beaulieu? Did her upbringing have a hand in her secretive and contradictory nature that she's so criticized for today?  In this episode, the author speaks to several of Priscilla's childhood friends who were around her in Germany in 1960 AFTER Elvis left, and the picture they paint of her homelife is NOT good.
