She manages pre-operative patient assessments, administers anesthesia, and ensures patient safety and comfort throughout procedures. Danielle Talley: With 20 years in aesthetics and 15 at JEV Plastic Surgery & Medical Aesthetics, Danielle Talley serves as practice & surgical director. She oversees patient care from consultation to surgery, ensuring smooth scheduling and answering all procedural questions. Danielle plays a crucial role in making sure patients have a positive experience and achieve their goals.
