    Episode 117: Why You Feel Stuck Even Though You Have So Much to Be Thankful For

    Episode 114: What to Do When You Feel Stuck in a Season That's Supposed to Be Good

    There are seasons in life that are obviously hard. And then there are seasons that look good on paper but still leave you feeling stuck, exhausted, anxious, or disconnected from the person you know God created you to be. This episode is a little different. What started as a leadership message I was asked to share with Make Wellness turned into a reflection on three moments over the last 7 months that completely changed how I show up in my life, my faith, and my business. One happened in a hospital room on Thanksgiving Day. One happened when I realized how much my habits had quietly drifted. And one happened at a Make Wellness event when I felt God calling me into a new season of purpose, leadership, and alignment. In this episode, I share the three lessons those moments taught me: • If you feel stuck, you may not need a new strategy. You may need a new vision. • Your habits matter more than you think. • Obedience unlocks momentum.
