THANK YOU so very much for these podcasts. They are a lifeline for me. The short prayers the javelin prayers have been a security when I am fraying. I try to say various ones all the time. When I believe I am drowning due to my overwhelming emotions and distracted thoughts. I can repeat Lord Jesus over and over and Eventually equilibrium comes. The stories help the reassurance helps. Are we praying to be refined so we may have this metinoia? I assume that is where we are going. For myself I believe I need gratitude, love of life and silence to empty myself of myself and yet it is trench warfare. Please keep these podcasts. I have noticed the podcasts are getting progressively shorter. Please don’t end the podcasts. I will pray more people listen and donate if it is money you need.
