    Send us a text Do you have ideas of where you want to be physically? Want to feel and look a certain way? But feel like your life is just not conducive to what it would take? Well Alexia is your girl. Today she shares about building habits that will carry you into your next season. Maybe you know you'll be pregnant in the near future. It can be easy to think that after you have your baby then you'll get fit again. Or after the Holiday season you will reel it in and get focused on health again. But there is never going to be a good time to get fit. Health takes discipline and sacrifice.  Something is always better than nothing. Don't have an all or nothing mindset. Pick something small you can do today. Track your protein. Go for a walk. Our small choices matter and they all add up. So do what you can today!  Taking care of ourselves physically can teach us a lot about our spiritual health as well. And God is always trying to speak to us and help us in all aspects of our lives. Put your crown on and Rule, girl!  Sometimes as parents it can be so easy to just let things slide or not say anything to keep the peace. But we have to remember that we are training our little ones. Training them to be amazing adults. They are like little wild animals, some more than others, and they needs boundaries.  I loved kimberly's visual of us making them this beautiful green pasture with boundaries from the time they are very small and its our job to keep them in it.     Episode #38 - Don't Let Satan Steal The Joy of Your Motherhood!

    Send us a text Do you sometimes or often just feel stressed, grumpy or overwhelmed with the duties of motherhood? I have been there so frequently. Not allowing the joy that could be in my heart to be there because I'm too busy being unhapppy. Let's be the kind of mothers that we want to be. This is our one shot at ou rmotherhood. We will have to live with who we are today for the rest of our lives.  So sit down with God and create the kind of motherhood that you want. Create a kind of childhood for your children where they remember their mother being content, laughing and teaching.  Three things we are gong to talk about... 1.     Send us a text Are you a working mom and a Latter-day Saint? Have you struggled with pressure to be a stay at home mom or to be a working mom? Kaylee went back to work and she shares all about her experience and feelings as she made this hard decision. I think it's such an interesting conversation to have and through this chat I hope we can all recognize how personal of a decision this is.  It's going to look different for each family. What is right for you might not be right for me. I think the pressure to work or the pressure to not work can be loud if we are not praying and figuring out what God wants for us individually. It is a big decision and can affect a lot of areas of our lives. But the best part of having a relationship with God? ..... He can see the future. :) He knows exactly what's right for YOU. It might be not going to work and having to live on a tighter budget. It might be going to work and being really intentional about using your time to make sure you are enjoying your children and sharing your heart and testimony with them.  God will tell you want is right for you and sometimes the choice is yours.  I am forever cheering you on!
