95 | Can Stress Ruin Your Skincare Results?

Hello beautiful! Have you been using good skincare products but still feel like your face looks dull, tired, or pulled downward? Your routine may not be the only thing affecting what you see in the mirror. Stress can change the way you breathe, tighten your jaw, affect your skin barrier, and create facial tension that skincare alone cannot release. In this episode, Michelle explains the mind-skin connection and how stress and emotions can influence your skin, facial muscles, neck, posture, and overall appearance. You will also learn one simple breathing practice to help interrupt the stress pattern and give your face and body a different message. This episode is for the woman who has been caring for her skin but still feels like stress is written all over her face. You will walk away understanding what may be pulling your face downward and how releasing tension can become an important part of your beauty routine. Michelle also shares a sneak peek of her new 12-minute facelift using frequencies, breathwork, thought work, and face exercise. Join us for the 100th Livestream Celebration PJ Party on August 19 from 7:00–8:00 p.m. Central. There will be giveaways, a live walkthrough of the 12-minute facelift, and a special announcement. 93 | Feeling Behind in Life? A Midyear Reset for the Woman You’re Becoming

Hello Beautiful! Have you looked up and thought, “How is this year already halfway over?” Maybe you had goals in January that felt exciting, clear, and possible. You were going to take better care of your body, finally start the thing, finish the thing, show up with more confidence, or stop putting off the dream that keeps tugging at you. But now life has taken a different pace than you expected, and those goals feel blurry. In this episode, we are doing a different kind of midyear reset. Not the usual checklist, planner page, or “get your life together” pep talk. This conversation is for the midlife woman who feels a little behind, a little disappointed, or unsure what still matters for the rest of the year. You’ll learn how to look at your goals from the end in mind, ask what still belongs in this season, and reconnect with the woman you are becoming. I’ll also share how the story of Thomas inspired this reset and why sometimes a visual reminder can help us take the next faithful step. And if you want to create your own FUTURE YOU magazine cover, I’m sharing the exact AI prompt inside my free Facebook group so you can make yours and let us cheer you on. 92 | What Does God Say About Beauty? Why Christian Women Need to Stop Calling It Vanity

Hello Beautiful! Have you ever wondered if caring about beauty makes you vain? A lot of Christian women were taught plenty about modesty, but very little about how to steward beauty in a healthy, biblical way. So we end up with a complicated relationship with the mirror. We want to look nice, but worry someone will judge us. We want to feel confident, but wonder if confidence will be misunderstood as pride. In this episode, we’re asking a question many women quietly carry: What does God actually say about beauty? This conversation is for the woman who has deflected compliments, avoided pictures, judged herself harshly in the mirror, or felt guilty for wanting to feel beautiful again. If you have ever wondered whether beauty belongs in the life of a woman who loves God, this episode will help you see beauty through a more biblical, grace-filled lens. We’ll talk about why beauty is not the same thing as vanity, how God created beauty, how good things can become twisted, and why your beauty was meant to shine rather than perform. And if this episode makes you think of another woman, share it with her.  Let this episode be an invitation for both of you to stop arguing with what God made. Next week, we’re doing a Q3 Refresh and talking about simple strategies for living your beautiful life in the second half of 2026 with more intention, courage and joy. 91 | Stuck in Survival Mode? How God Uses Stillness to Heal You | Stacy Jagger

Hello Beautiful! Have you ever finally gotten a few minutes to yourself, only to realize you do not know what to do with the quiet? You thought you would pray. Take a walk. Read. Work on the project. Follow through on the thing God has been nudging you toward. But then you pick up your phone to check one thing, and before you know it, the day has moved on and the thing you really wanted to do is still sitting there. In this episode of Making Life Beautiful Again, Michelle Rose sits down with Stacy Jagger, author of 30 Day Blackout, to talk about burnout, screen time, emotional regulation, and what it looks like to become present again in midlife. This conversation is especially meaningful because Stacy was Michelle’s counselor during one of the hardest seasons of her life, when she was on the cusp of empty nest and learning how to find beauty in the ashes. God used Stacy’s work in a powerful way during Michelle’s healing journey, and now this conversation opens the door for other Christian midlife women who are navigating burnout, distraction, transition, and the question, “What now, Lord?” Although 30 Day Blackout was written for families, the principles inside the book speak to women too, especially those who have spent years caring for everyone else and now find themselves craving quiet but struggling to settle into it. If you are a Christian woman over 40 who feels distracted, overstimulated, or unsure how to step into your next season with peace and purpose, this episode will help you begin paying attention to what the noise may be costing you and how God may be inviting you back into presence. 88 | You Raised Them to Leave… But Now What? Empty Nest Encouragement

Hello Beautiful! Graduation season can bring up emotions you didn’t expect. You raised them to become independent, make wise decisions, and step into who God created them to be.
