    #33 Hey friends! This week I’m joined by the founder of Dean Garland, Joe Griffin! Joe is a serial entrepreneur and pioneer in the web space. He started out in SEO before SEO was even a thing, LOL. I’ve shared many times before, we have brought all of our marketing in house at Beyond Skin Aesthetics, aside from two areas - Web & SEO who we partner with Jared Rohrer at Aesthetic Conversion on, and Ads, which we partner with Joe and Dean Garland on. We have used many an ad agency in our 10 years of business.. Joe’s understanding of web optimization sets Dean Garland apart from what other churn and burn agencies are doing in the market place. In this episode, Joe does not hold back! He shares exactly what you can be doing, why you should be doing it, and who is a good candidate for ads in the first place. I share some of our horror stories from throughout the years, and my take on what we are missing in marketing of aesthetic services.
