All American is live from Studio A! With today being National Girls and Women in Sports Day it is only fitting this weeks show highlights the last couple weeks in American Women's Basketball. Maria Trivelpiece and Kyle Youmans discuss the top teams and how the American is celebrating NGWSD The Rice Owls continue to ride the 4th longest winning streak in the country at 14 games. The balance the Owls showed has continued has led to the success throughout the season. The questions is can they continue there strong play in March where they have been strong the last couple year. East Carolina also had continued there strong play the last few weeks, at one point being off to there best start in 40 years. ESPN+ Play-by-play Evan Burovich who calls the Pirates a lot joins to discuss what has led to the success and how they can continue it throughout the season.  Tulsa continues its storng play as well due to an offense that knows how to score. They look to get over the hump in March after recent one-and-done's in the conference tournament. That offense and less turnovers are the keys according to Kyle to be able to.  Temple has started to find its game the last couple weeks highlighted by the 3rd largest comeback in NCAA Women's Basketball history against Charlotte. The duo of Tristen Taylor and Kaylah Turner have led the way for the Owls. Temple looks to continue there climb in the coference over the next few weeks. South Florida might be 6-3 in conference play by they are 6 total points from being 9-0. The Bulls who always know how to win look to find some more consistency on a regular basis to get to the level everyone is used to seeing them at. Returners Carla Brito and L'or Mputu look could be the key to the success the 2nd half of conference play. North Texas looks is another team that is not far off from being at the top of the league. Dominant wins and close losses have been the story for the Mean Green. Finding some more outside scoring is a big key for them to get up to the top. One other texas team trying to find there way is UTSA. Defense is great for the Roadrunners offense a work in progress. If they can get both look out.  They finally look at the games to watch over the next few weeks which will really shape things heading into the stretch run before the conference tournament.  Maria Trivelpiece sits down with Rice Guard Victoria to discuss her performance last week and being named American Conference Player of the Week. They also discuss what it is like Rice this season and what has led to such success on the court. The TNT (today not tomorrow) has been a big part of that and that focus has been huge for the owls. She also discussed how the offseason trip to Europe brought the team closer together on and off the court. Along with how each game a different Owl can be the difference which is why they are so tought to beat.  Maria and Kyle then test their knowledge on in part 2 of guess the American arena. Now we know guessing stadiums and arenas is not Maria's strength so let's see how she does this time. Will it be better or worse? We shall see. One of them might be one of her biggest swing and misses yet but you will have to watch and find out. Lastly, a look at top plays of the week across the American. They highlight nice layups, and multiple game-winning shots. A familiar face re-enters top plays with another massive slam. Along with a big time play that was definitely worth of number 1 Watch the episode on the American Conference YouTube Channel. Youtube.com/@AmericanConf

Izaiyah Nelson and Joseph Pinion have led a deep group that if they continue to play their game will be tough to beat. The key for South Florida might just be a lesser known starter in Josh Omojafo who impacts the game in many different way.  Tulsa has resurged after a 1-2 start to conference play ratling off 4-straight wins. The offense has been flying high and the depth has been starting to show. David Green and Miles Barnstable lead the way at the stop as two of the best in conference providing a punch Tulsa knows they can rely on each night. Wichita State has found its game over the last few weeks winning 4 of the last 5. The Shockers have been led by Kenyon Giles who is a name to watch in the player of the year race. Giles gives Wichita a chance every night and when they are winning esecially at home they have one of the best atmosphere's in the league.  Temple continues to find ways to win as they are 8-4 in games decided by 8 or less this season. The Owls led by there big 4 have brought the excitement back to Broad Street. They now jsut need to find some consitency in how they win games.  Charlotte also continues to find ways to win with a 4-1 record in games decided by 4 or less in conference play. Led by a vastly improved roster, this Charlotte teams looks more like the 2023 and 2024 teams that were towards the top of Conference USA and the American. East Carolina finally got a conference win last week and in a year filled with injuries the Pirates look to right the ship led by one of the best players in the conference in Jordan Riley. Tulane, UAB, Memphis and North Texas all look to try and figure things out as the top 4 seeds from last years tournament and 3 of the top 4 in the preseason poll find them selves in the middle of the conference race after struggling the last few weeks. A couple teams still trying to find their footing are Memphis, and UAB. The last 2 American Tournament CHampionship with brand new rosters are srtill rying to gel together, however there is no secret their is plenty of talent for both teams to make a run. One of the best players in the American and a walking humna highlight reel. Maria Trivelpeice and Kyle Youmans sit down with Tulsa Guard Miles Barnstable. They discuss the success in non-conference play, and what has led to the success in conference play the last 2 weeks after a slight stumble to start. While defense is their bread and butter they also lead the conference in scoring due to a balanced attack with many contrinbutors. That balance and slightly tweaked style will look to have the Roadrunners towards the top of the league. And with Karen Aston as your coach you know you are in good hands.  North Texas looks to continue to improve with a new roster. Megan Nestor has been the best player for the Mean Green and she has an incredible backstroy from growing up in St. Lucia and playing Netball to now being in Denton and being the only player in the league averaging a double-double. While Nestor has been great North Texas needs others to step up to continue to win games. Tulane Wins the American and America's Game | All American (December 11, 2025)

Tulane wins the American Championship and are off to the College Football Playoff! Maria Trivelpiece and Kyle Youmans break it all down this week pon All American along with America's Game on Saturday.  For the 2nd time in 4 years the Tulane Green Wave are the American Conference Football Champions. Last Friday at Yulman Stadium in New Orleans saw the Green Wave ride a tidal wave as they defeated the North Texas Mean Green 34-21. Led by a defense that allowed the fewest points all season to the best offense in the country and forced 5 turnovers by that offense, Tulane finds themselves on top again. Along with the defense was an opportunistic offense giving Tulane all they needed to come out as champions.  The Green Wave now look ahead to a rematch in their first trip to the College Football Playoof when they take on Ole Miss in Oxford on Saturday December 20th in the 1st Round.  It's also that time of year where one of the biggest games across college football takes place. The second Saturday in December can only mean one thing.... it's the Army-Navy Game. The 126th meeting of this historic rivalry takes place on Saturday from Baltimore, Maryland. Navy looks to win it's second straight game and win 10 games in back-to-back seasons for the first time ever. Army looks to win another one and continue its upward trend late in the season. Navy may eneter as the slight favorites but record are menaginless every year in this one.  Thety break down the Navy season and what has got them to 9-2 so far. Led by potent offense of the Midshipment led by the trio of Blake Horvath, Eli Heidenreich and Alex Tecza. But they are not the only weapons for this high-flying offense. They also give some love to the defense and how it has gotten better throughout the season led by American Conference Defensive Player of the Year Landon Robinson. Army after it's historic run last year found themselves sluggish to sart 2025. But it has been a late seaosn surge that has got the Black Knights back to 6-wins and bowl eligible again. Winning 3 of the last 4 in close games, Army wants to continue that momentum against Navy this week. They highlight the play of Cale Hellums who has settles in as the starting quarterback the last few weeks after alternating with Dwayne Coleman earlier in the year. They eaach give there keys to the game and what will play the most important part in who wins and why in Baltimore. One of the best parts of Army-Navy is the always the jerseys. The design, the storytelling and everything is always impeccable each year. This year both sides draw inspiration from the fact that the United State Army and United States Navy turn 250 years old this season. The artistry,  design and story behind these uniforms makes them incredibly special. Can't wait to see them on the field this weekend Top plays finishes the show with great defensive plays on the gridiron. Along with sweet passes, impressive slams and buzzer beaters on the hardwood as basketball season is official in full swing. #builttorise #footballgame #armyfootball #navyfootball #armynavy #america #football  Watch the episode on the American Conference YouTube Channel.
