What does a year in the CEO's chair teach you about everything you thought you knew? In this Then & Now episode of She Leads Biotech, I'm delighted to welcome back Denise Dajles, CEO of Cytrellis Biosystems, to discover what's changed since our first conversation. When we last spoke, Denise was navigating a major product relaunch, restructuring the business and finding her feet as a first-time CEO. Learning What to Unlearn
