    Your Loneliness, Sorrow, & 'I Have to Figure it Out By Myself"

    If you’ve ever tried naming your desires, but this overwhelming sense of impossibility is right there in the same moment, this will resonate. Lily came into this alchemical constellation work session wanting “to find the source inside myself of joy and calm and to not feel blocked by reactivity and resentment as quickly as I feel like is happening.” She wanted to feel grounded in the present moment and to find a deeper connection with her children and her husband.     It's Hard to See Yourself When You're Hiding

    I know today is going to be a journey for all of those who are listening and for Amy personally. Yes! There’s a second Amy on the podcast today.     Constellation Session: Navigating Freedom in Partnership

    I’m back and joined by a community member, Kay! We're both excited to see where this conversation goes because we're connecting almost 11 months after we did a Taoist Stone Medicine soul retrieval process, which we did in January 2025. When we had that remote session, we agreed when the time felt right to come on the podcast to unpack that and share, we would honor that. And then Kay went and had an epic year! Kay is evidence of a deep reconnection into the body, mind, so that she can powerfully notice and be present.  She's someone that's done a lot of somatic work. And while somatic work definitely helped, when our essence, our True Self, our Wise Woman, is not really down and in sometimes somatic work can have diminishing returns for some. We recorded this just hours before the last full Moon of 2025. The full Moon in Gemini while we're in Sagittarius, which is limitless thinking and the ability to change your mind, so this all just feels divinely timed. (Although there’s never not a good time for a session!) Kay’s intention for the session: liberation around romantic partnership with men, a final frontier in her path to liberation.     Grief Kept Them From Being Their Full Selves

    For the second week in a row, my guest is joining me from the southern hemisphere! Emma and I connected almost six weeks ago. It was clear then just as it felt very clear during our call that we're going to be in the constellation process.  At the beginning of this session, Emma presenced that she wanted to step into her full power, full authenticity, and to be open to the potential for bringing more joy into her life! I could feel with Emma’s systemic field there were some ancestors that were very open to miracles. I could strongly feel their longing for things to shift because they had carried the hyper-responsibility, too—and they're exhausted.  You’ll especially want to tune into this client session if you, too: » have a deep sense of over responsibility and overworking » you get sick when you’re just about to break through to the next level » you don’t yet feel free and safe to be your most authentic self » want to be making fewer choices and more in trust » give and take is out of balance This is the most stone medicine I’ve ever brought into a podcast constellation session! We sensed so many seemingly disconnected moments, memories, and resources are actually connections brought together beautifully in this conversation. This is such a good episode to listen to—especially if you’ve done all you can do! When we get to that point, it means it’s likely not ours.     I Don't Feel Like I Can Safely Belong, Be Loved, or Love

    Today’s guest and I know each other from a global women's group I facilitate, which you’ll hear a bit more about during the conversation. Jessie is a Sikh Singaporean, third generation woman and this her first personal constellation session. We initially thought we were going to do a Feng Shui House Therapy episode, but when I tuned in I got a lot of information that made it clear this call was going to be for an entanglement. Jessie has tried many things from EMDR to ACT therapy to CBT. She’s longing for a different way to move forward. And in this conversation, we’re able to find that for her! Alchemical constellation sessions are about getting to the root of the problem—not disentangling what we think is the problem, as you’ll hear in this episode. **TW: This conversation includes mentions of domestic violence.     What Will Happen if I Speak the Truth

    Today I’m joined by my guest, Emily, whom I’ve known for a few years. We’ve worked with each other in groups and at retreats—both virtually in person. It’s an honor to have her here today! Emily’s intention for this session is quite specific, which lends itself to being a powerful catalyst for one-to-one constellation work sessions. As you’ll hear, this is a very delicate entanglement around voice. And it’s such a beautifully perfect example of an entanglement. You’ll especially want to tune into this client session if you, too: » wander down the research rabbit hole » find yourself wondering if you’re “qualified” enough » often feel lethargic when you’re wanting to create something » want to live into your voice without any fear or anxiety » have an internal struggle with procrastination It looks like I’m holding space, but I’m not. I am allowing your systemic field and my systemic field to hold us. Everything that’s in its wholeness is holding us. And, importantly, I'm a really good vessel to make sure that we do have those safeguards.  The clarity and specificity of Emily’s intention kept on letting us go deeper and deeper and deeper into the root of the entanglement. In addition, I’ve recently been blessed with an incredible upgrade to these gifts to help this work and the integration of this work to not be so heavy.     I Put My Energy into Everyone but Me

    I’m here today with someone who serendipitously found me through another podcast! Ashley has done constellation work with me before, but this type of session was a first for her. When we set the intention to do alchemical constellation work, the ancestors show up—and sometimes they show up in very unexpected ways. We begin with Ashley sharing just one of the ways her systemic field has been speaking to her… You’ll especially want to tune into this client session if you, too: » find it difficult to let others into your life » want to lean into your main character energy » feel the need to micromanage an experience for others » struggle to balance the serious and playful sides of yourself » desire to be your real authentic self without having to meet an expectation I think this session is going to touch so many lives! There are many people I work with who realize that their way of “being” is just to be on all the time.  Or who may have kept their mom, dad, or someone else on the hook (so to speak) for something that happened early in life—only to later realize that they were entangled with an ancestor or past life version of themselves. There were so many relatable themes here today!     My Purpose: Making Space for Every One to Belong
