We inhale our food, and suddenly the plate is empty and we're wondering what we even tasted. So today, I want to teach you what I call the Five Senses Reset, and it starts with something you probably have nearby right now. If you have a piece of food with you—a handful of nuts, a piece of fruit, a square of chocolate, whatever—grab it. If not, no worries, just imagine one vividly. Let's start with sight. Really look at this food. Notice the colors, the texture, maybe the light dancing across it. Spend a full minute just seeing it.
