What Does Love Have to Do With Business?

For a long time, I could understand conscious creation in almost every area of my life. I could see it in my relationships, parenting, my body, the way I took care of myself. But business was different. Business had rules. Business was mechanical and transactional. You worked hard. You followed the proven path. You learned from people making more money than you. You did what worked. And somewhere along the way, I realized I was trying to be the creator of my reality while still running my business according to somebody else’s rules. Those two things don’t go together. If I am actually the creator of my reality, then I get to ask a completely different question about business: What would I love? In this episode, we talk about: Why doing something solely to get money, clients, or a result puts you into a transactional energy The difference between creating material results and creating a business and life you actually love Why I stopped looking at how other people run their businesses and started trusting my own ideas, desires, and intuition What changed when I asked myself how I would actually love to experience business Why you have to start doing what you love before you have proof that it will work How following someone else’s path can create the results you want while still leaving you deeply dissatisfied Why trusting yourself instead of constantly looking outside yourself for the “right” way is part of conscious creation Doing things you hate can create money. It happens every day.But doing things you love can create a life you love that also makes money. Love and business were never separate. You are the one creating the business. You are the one leading, serving, selling, working, deciding and choosing. So instead of asking what you’re supposed to do, ask yourself: What would I f*****g love? Why Is Nothing Changing?

You’re doing the work. You’re reading the books, listening to the podcasts, working on your energy, trying to think differently. So why the f**k is nothing changing? Because you’re not changing. You can understand Universal Law. You can know the Law of Attraction and the Law of Vibration. You can consume every book, podcast, membership, and teaching available. But understanding conscious creation and actually applying it to your life are two very different things. And sometimes the very question “Why is nothing changing?” is showing you exactly why nothing is changing. In this episode, we talk about: How asking “Why is nothing changing?” continues to create the experience of nothing changing Mixed energy and what happens when you say you want something and immediately explain why you can’t have it The arbitrary expectations behind “I should be farther along by now” Why working really hard on your energy can still be another attempt to force your circumstances to change How your negative experiences can actually prove that Universal Law is working The difference between knowing the concepts of conscious creation and actually applying them Why changing your reality requires changing your thoughts, processing your emotions, and becoming an energetic match to what you want You are creating your reality whether you’re doing it consciously or not. If you want your experience to change, you have to change what’s coming through you. Life Is Supposed to Be Good

What if one of the most consequential beliefs you have about your life is one you’ve never even thought to question? That the world is a hard place. That people can’t be trusted. That you have to protect yourself, prepare for the worst, hold onto your money, and expect things to be difficult. But what if there is actually more good happening in the world than bad? We just don’t hear about it. Nobody reports how many flights took off and landed safely today. Nobody gives us breaking news about happy marriages, healthy babies, thriving businesses, people who love their jobs, or families spending a Saturday morning watching their kids play soccer. The bad gets our attention. And when that becomes the lens through which you experience the world, of course you start believing the world is something you need to protect yourself from. In this episode of The Uncensored Self, we’re pulling apart that belief and exploring a radically different way to move through the world: life is supposed to be good. This isn’t about pretending bad things don’t happen or refusing to acknowledge the full human experience. It’s about recognizing that what you give your attention to shapes the way you experience your life. In this episode, we talk about: ✨Why it can feel like there is more bad happening in the world than good ✨How our negativity bias and the information competing for our attention shape the way we see the world ✨Why looking for the good isn’t the same as ignoring reality ✨Universal Law, the Law of Attraction and the Law of Polarity ✨The difference between venting for emotional release and repeatedly rehearsing a problem ✨How intentionally looking for what is working changes the way you experience your life ✨What happens when you begin expecting things to work out for you instead of preparing for everything to go wrong You can move through life expecting people to disappoint you, money to run out, work to be hard, and something to go wrong. Or you can begin with a different expectation. There are good people in the world. People want you to win. Your work is valuable. Things can work out for you. Life is supposed to be good. What might you see differently if you started believing that? Intuition Is the Language of Self-Trust with Jessica Willis

You’ve probably had the experience of knowing a client wasn’t a good fit, knowing a job wasn’t right, knowing you should make a move, or knowing something was going to go sideways. And then doing it anyway. Because the data said something different. Because someone else told you it was the right move. Because you couldn’t explain why you knew. Because logic gave you seventeen reasons not to trust yourself. In this episode of The Uncensored Self, I’m joined by Jessica Willis, founder of Intuition Mindset, for a conversation about intuition, self-trust, and what changes when we stop outsourcing some of the biggest decisions of our lives. Jessica believes intuition isn’t a gift reserved for certain people. It’s a skill. One we all have access to and one we can learn to develop. We talk about why so many highly capable women struggle to trust what they already know, the three biggest blockers to intuition: fear, doubt, and control, and why your intuition may communicate with you differently than it does with someone else. We also get into something I’m deeply interested in: what happens when intuition enters the way we lead, make money, and build businesses. We’ve been taught to look at the spreadsheet, follow the strategy, study what worked before, find the expert, and make the “right” decision. But none of those things know you. They don’t know what you want. They don’t know where you’re going. And they don’t get to decide what is right for your life. Jessica walks us through the four different intuition types, how to distinguish intuition from fear or programming, why intuition doesn’t come with urgency, and how to start building evidence that you can trust what you hear. If you’ve spent years looking outside of yourself for the right answer, this conversation is an invitation to start listening somewhere else. Money Is Not the Point

We have given money way too much power. We’ve made it the permission slip. Once I make enough money, then I can relax. Then I can make different choices. Then I can buy the house, leave the job, take the trip, build the business differently, finally feel secure. But what happens when you make the money and still don’t feel free?I know that experience intimately. I have spent years studying money, following money teachers, buying money programs, trying to manifest more of it, make more of it, and finally feel like I had enough of it. And after all of that, I’ve come to a very different conclusion:I don’t think the answer is learning how to manifest more money. I think it’s becoming the woman who no longer needs money to give her permission to create the life she wants. Because money isn’t actually what you want. You want the house. You want the freedom. You want the adventure. You want the choices. You want the ease. You want the experience. And when you make money the prerequisite for all of it, you hand your power over to your bank account. In this episode of The Uncensored Self, I’m pulling apart my own relationship with money, why I’ve stopped making money the focal point of what I’m creating, and what I believe it actually means to live Free & Rich. Because if you can’t feel free and rich without the money, you’re not going to suddenly become free and rich when the money arrives. You already have the keys. It’s time to stop handing them to money. You’re Not Observing Your Life. You’re Creating It.

The conversation happening in your head is not an observation of your life. It is creating it. We tend to think we’re simply reporting what’s happening. This client is an a*****e. I’m exhausted. There’s too much going on. My business is stressful. I can’t stop thinking about this problem. But those thoughts aren’t neutral descriptions of your circumstances. They are the energy you are offering to them. And you are the only person controlling that conversation. In this episode of The Uncensored Self, I’m talking about one of the most important parts of conscious creation: learning to deliberately direct your thoughts instead of allowing your brain to narrate your life for you. Because you are not your thoughts. You are the thinker of your thoughts. You are the one observing the conversation happening in your head. And you do not have to believe, entertain, act on, argue with, or continue every thought your brain offers you. We spend enormous amounts of energy trying to control our kids, our spouses, our clients, our businesses, our money, and what other people think about us. But the only thing you actually have complete control over is the conversation happening in your own head. And that level of responsibility can be wildly uncomfortable. “I can’t stop thinking about it” becomes “I’m choosing not to stop thinking about it.” Because you can direct your attention somewhere else. You can choose another perspective. You can decide that a thought that makes you feel like shit doesn’t get your attention anymore. That doesn’t mean pretending your circumstances are different than they are.|It means understanding that your circumstances do not get to dictate the energy you offer them. Every day, you wake up with a blank page. You can fill it with everything that’s hard, frustrating, overwhelming, and going wrong.Or you can deliberately decide how you want to think about your life. The time is passing either way. You’re thinking thoughts either way. The conversation happening in your head can continue to be an observation of the reality you already have.Or it can become the deliberate creation of the reality you want. If Everything Were Free and No One Were Watching, What Would You Do?

How much of your life are you actually choosing? You chose the career. You chose the business. You chose the clients. You chose what you charge. You chose how you spend your time. At least, technically. But how many of those choices would you make if money weren’t part of the equation? How many would you make if nobody else had an opinion? Because so many of the decisions you make every day are filtered through two things without you even realizing it: Money and other people. What will this cost me? What will this make me? What will they think? Who will I disappoint? Will people think I’m crazy? What am I supposed to do? After years of making decisions through those filters, they stop feeling like filters. They feel like reality. You forget that you have a choice. So I want you to consider a very simple question:If everything were free and no one were watching, what would you do? I’m not proposing you should quit your job, blow up your business, or stop considering the people you love.I’m proposing you use the question as a diagnostic. Because your answer will show you where you’re making choices based on what you actually want and where money, expectations, and other people are making those choices for you. It exposes where you’re doing work purely for money. Where you’re saying yes when you want to say no. Where you’re undercharging. Where you’re making decisions based on optics or expectations. Where you’ve handed over your power without realizing you were doing it. And it starts to reveal something even deeper: the operating system you’re currently running. The beliefs about money, work, people, responsibility, and who you’re supposed to be that have been running for so long, they don’t even feel like beliefs anymore.|They just feel true. Your Free & Rich life is rooted in choice.Choosing how you spend your time. Choosing who you spend it with. Choosing the work you do. Choosing what you charge. Choosing how you want your life to feel.So if your answers to these questions look radically different from the life you’re living now, pay attention. There’s something there worth looking at. In this episode of The Uncensored Self, we’re using one simple, mind-bendy question to expose where you’re out of alignment, identify the beliefs making decisions for you, and start remembering just how much choice you actually have.
